First tint job was so bad, I insisted they redo the install. Film was not cut evenly and film had wrinkles in it. Second effort was better, but did not meet expectations of what was explained by the installer.

We wanted a repair not a new shutter and they were able to find the part and that's what was amazing.  The service man was very nice and the suprising thing was he didn't speak any English.  He only spoke Spanish, but he was able to do the job.   We were impressed because it was difficult to find a company who did repairs, most companies want to sell you a whole new shutter.  I would recommend them, they were accurate and they got the job done.  With regard to price, I would have enjoyed paying less but we had this inoperable shutter for over a year and they fixed it.  That's what impressed us the most.
