Very well, measured gave tidy, we accepted installation began 2 week later installed in 1 day. No problems. Good service.

Great total experience, great guy to work with, precise work, good price, delivered as expected, also went out of his way to deliver materials, I was supposed to pick up.

I called for an estiamte and the gentlemen was able to work with my crazy schedule and meet me at my home after I got home from work. He showed up on time and even pointed out some very key compents to my addition nether I nor the other contractors pointed out. From there I contacted them to confirm everything we had discussed and we moved forward and with then no time the project was complete. Also through out the construction everyone was very professional and made sure the job site was always clean. I have already recommended them to friends and very pleased with every aspect of this company.

All parties involved with this project from phone rep. To installation emploies were very professional. On time, neat and cleaned up after job was done.

They broke into my yard twice while I was away on two weekends, and build the structure. I expressly told them not to build it while I was out of town. They installed a non walkable roof, I paid for a walkable roof. This roof leaks to this day. I think they were paying off the Housing Superivor Mr. Bagwell in that I started a state investigation against Southern Home Product. Bagwell cancelled this investigation, and made the owner come out to my house and this man continued to say that it was my roof that leaked versus his structure. Once he agreed to have my roof repaired, he had his people jerry rig the roof, which still leaks and has caused damage to my solfet. I would not have this CROOK in my yard.

Took almost 2 months to get get started, then another 3 months to finish. Six months later, I'm still waiting on them to finish. When I call, they say they'll be out "next week", or that they'll have the foreman return my call. I would tell anyone who is thinking of using this company to NOT DO IT.

We had to have them come back three times to fix the concrete. We finally gave up trying to get it satisfactory after three attempts. Now, six months later the concrete is cracking all over and a small crater has appeared about 3" diameter. We also have concrete splattered on the house siding. They also did not install the door where we originally agreed to.
