SOUD'S QUALITY CARPET AND FLOORING

Couldn't be more pleased with the transaction. Bruce, our salesperson, was great. And Mark and the Rick, the installation team, busted their butts to get the work done before Hurricane Irma came to call. Would highly recommend these folks to ANYONE!

It went horribly. In the middle of the installation, Soud's called and told us that they gave us the wrong price and that the carpeting would be $1,000 more! They had already removed our old carpet. We went back and forth and finally they agreed to honor the pricing in our contract. The carpets went in and we thought that would be the end of it. Two years later the carpeting began to pull up and ****** throughout the house. Apparently, Souds' contractors did not install it correctly. Souds said that they would correct the problem, but after dozens of phone calls that weren't returned, we finally gave up. We will have to pay for someone else to re-stretch the carpet which also involves moving all the furniture out of each room. NEVER do business with this company!!! They are horrible in every regard.

Carol at the store was wonderful in her help and advice. The crew that removed and installed the floors in our home were polite, on time and very professional. We were living in our home while the work was being done and the crew kept everything clean and neat which allowed us to be here. I would absolutely hire this company again and would recommend them to everyone!

It went very well. Bruce did a great job arranging everything with getting the wood to arranging for Coastal Flooring to complete the install. Only glitch was that some of the finish pieces of the hardwood did not arrive as planned which delayed completion of the job about a week. All workers were professional, courteous and took care cleaning up after completion. We're very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend Soud's Quality Carpets & Floor.

They arrived when they were scheduled and completed the work in one day instead of two, as was expected. The work was done with expertise and the installers were polite and responsive to questions and concerns. Carol, our sales lady, was excellent. She really helped us to decide on the flooring that was best for us and suggested we plan a week between doing each half of the house, which made the whole project much easier on us. Our antique furniture was treated with the care "elderly" things need and deserve. We have been very please with the flooring and the installation.

From start to finish, Souds was very professional, courteous and prompt. We were replacing very old carpet and wanted to stay within a reasonable budget. Carol understood what we were looking for and gave us a very reasonable estimate and brought a variety of samples to compare. The carpet was just recently installed and the installation crew again maintained the same professional, courteous and prompt service. The installation was completed very quickly and looks great. At no point was any cleanup required on my part, as they did a great job and made sure to leave the house in better shape than when they arrived. I would absolutely recommend Souds to anyone in the market for new carpet and installation.

Wonderful! This is the second time I have used them for carpet installation. The first time wa 10 years ago when we moved into our first home in the area.

From the purchase through the installation, we were very pleased with the service that we received.  The professional salesperson (Carol) helped us in selecting the right product at the price point that we wanted.  She kept in contact via email and phone until the flooring came in, scheduled the installation at a preferred time, and followed-up after the installation to ensure that we were satisfied.  The installers arrived promptly as scheduled, were courteous, cleaned-up after themselves, and even asked us about installing a couple of the planks that had darker markings.  They also asked if wanted any of the carpeting that was removed and cut us several small pieces to use in the garage or other areas of the house.  We have had flooring installed in several homes through the years, but this was the best experience in terms of service, professionalism, and finished product.  The floor is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for.  We shopped around before purchasing the floor with several large JAX flooring companies, and Soud's gave us a good price.  Not the cheapest but certainly not the most expensive.  The same exact floor was priced by a competitor at several hundred dollars more, so we saved $$ money by using Soud's.

Salesman Bruce was very courteous and professional in helping my wife pick out the perfect combination of laminate and tile.
He has extensive knowledge of not only the products but the ins & outs of the installation process. He was extremely helpful.
We had been shopping for over 3 months before speaking with Bruce. He could tell the products we would be most comfortable with.
Installer Mark came by to measure. He spent a long time answering all of my wife's questions.he put our minds at ease.
He and his men showed up on time and did the entire installation in 3 full days.
They moved and then replaced all our furniture , tables, chairs etc.Upon completion Mark
went over the layout with me and had to touch up a couple areas--this was done right away with no problems.
We are very pleased.
We are even ready to do two more rooms. I would insist on the same crew. They were a pleasure to work with.
The only thing we would do differently would be to cover more furniture pieces. Due to the nature of the job--you get some fine powder that
Gets into the house due to sawing & removal of the old flooring--1/3 of our old floor was laminate with linoleum under it. The other 2/3 was
old carpet--@ 20 years old.
All employees were honest and up front w/us.
Would highly recommend Soud's--Bruce-Mark & his crew.

Job went smooth and quickly with little mess.

They did an excellent job. They helped me pick out the right colors for product. They was able to move the install date up two days. And, the most important thing they called me about what was going on...it was like they wanted my business instead of me having to follow up begging them to do a job.

We contracted with Soud's to install tile in our kitchen, hall and entry. We have specific needs and included those needs in the contract. They agreed to each item in the contract, yet installed it incorrectly and are giving us the run around for repairs. They tell us to "trust us" but have not done anything to deserve any trust. We would not recommend them.
