I waited approx. 1 hour and 20 minutes to have a few dents removed from the hood, a rear panel and one of the doors. The work he did was great and I will definitely visit him again in the future for dent/ding removal!

I had 2 deep dings on the drivers' side door, one of which was on the seam. The car was very new and it was distirubing to see those dings every time I got in the car. I was told that it would be difficult to completely remove the one on the seam before work started. I had arrived without an appointment and had limited time to wait so he could not finish the job completely. However, the one ding is completely gone and when I have time I plan to return to give him another go at the one on the seam. It is nearly gone.

I contacted Mike at Smooth A Dent by phone and was told to stop by the shop at any time to get an estimate. The shop was easy to find and Mike was able to provide an estimate right away. He thoroughly explained the process and provided a final price, including tax, that was very reasonable for the work. We dropped the car off in the morning and it was ready the same day as expected. The car was repaired as expected and on time, the shop was clean and Mike was very friendly and easy to work with. We had previously been told the dents could not be repaired without paint and filler but Smooth A Dent was able to do the work flawlessly and at a reasonable price. I will definitely be using Smooth A Dent for any future dent repairs!
