We sold a car in December that was going to be a Christmas gift.  We were scheduled to meet the person on Dec 24 to turn the car over to him.  On Dec 23, someone ran into our car as it was parked in our driveway.  We drove straight to Serranos and explained the situation and they told us that despite the fact that they were closing early on Christmas Eve, they could get it fixed for us.  We picked it up the afternoon of the 24th and were able to make the sale as planned.  
Since then we used them one more time when someone else ran into our car as it was parked in a parking lot.  They work with the insurance companies and make the whole process quick and easy.

They completed service while I waited -took about 45 minutes.

It went great! Paint job is excellent! Quality of work is excellent! (However, someone in the body shop stole change out of my car. That's very disappointing. I know it seems small, but I rank it as lack of professionalism by someone in the body shop -- not by the owner of the shop). The owner was great to work with!

Servicemen inspected a mustang I wanted to buy and went through the car for free to help me with a major purchase. They found several things wrong with the car while the salesman was with me and helped me avert huge problems.

This facility was the third bid I got and was 20% below the others. I dropped my car off on Monday and the repairs was finished on time . The experience was great and I found the staff to be very professional and knowledgeable in what repairs were necessary. My vehicle was cleaned and like new. I will be using this facility for further body and paint work on both my vehicles. I highly recommend them and can see why they were recommended to me by a number of my friends for their quality work.

I was told this company only does repairs and painting associated with insurance claims.

The repair work was outstanding and I got my car back as promised. I had an estimate done for the bumper and a area on the driver door. I only had the bumper work done but the side door had been buffed out even though I had decided to wait on that repair. The door looked like it had been repaired. I intend to get the small dent fixed but it looks real good. The car was even vac out and the inside cleaned up. That is great service. I will use them for all future body work.

Serranos gave me a quote that was more than 30% less than a local chain and was able to do the work in one day as opposed to the two days the local chain wanted. New cover looks great and was completed on time.

Absolutely superior job on my car!!! I was very pleasantly surprised at how great my vehicle looked after the work was done. Everyone was very professional and let me know everything being done to the car. I have gotten great compliments on the appearance of my 2002 Buick. It is just like having a new car!!!! I would definitely use these folks again. They care about their work and their customers.

I have done business with this firm on two previous occasions and have always been impressed and pleased with their work. All insurance retailers in this area recognize the quality and fair pricing of their work, so if you select this firm there will be no problems. Serrano's repaired my bumper cover and polished the lenses on both of my headlights. It would be impossible to tell that my car was ever damaged - not only is their work good but they provide a lifetime guarentee - if 4 years down the road, something begins to look unsightly, take it back and they will redo the work at no charge. (I know this for a fact, because after about 6 years on one of the repairs they made, the paint began to crack and blister; I took it back to them and they fixed it without charge to me). Needless to say, they will always get my business - I just hope it's not too often.
