"Thank you [Member Name Removed]! It was a pleasure working with you on this project! I am [Member Information Removed] glad that we could come up with such a great design to blend with your home! Thank you again for your business!"
"We at Schnorr Home Improvements are a licensed contractor, with employees who have been working here for over 20 years each. We carry full workers compensation and have general liability insurance as well. An owner/ operator doing the work themselves, usually do not carry any form of insurance. Should they fall off the roof of a screened enclosure and severely hurt themselves, they more than likely will turn around and sue the homeowner. Having workers compensation protects the homeowner from this exposure. As for the price to replace three little screens, size and location are relative. We actually included four screens, because someone else had previously replaced a screen and had used the improper type of rubber spline, so we included replacing it as well. Two of the screens were on top of the roof and were 6 foot by 8 foot each. The two wall panels were 7 foot by 9 foot. Our price to do this job professionally, using the correct rubber spline, and using employees that are covered by workers compensation is more than fair. I can't beat the price of an individual working out of the back of their truck. We have been in business since 1979 with an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and have been awarded the Super Service Award from Angies list for three years now. We must be doing something right! Thank you, Doug Schnorr"
