I took my Mercedes Benz 2013 convertible to fix part of my driver seat which had cracks . Enrique (manager) told me they can do it with no issues . They will match the color and material of the original part . I was happy to hear that and accepted obscene amount I received quote for . $918 First mistake : App was scheduled and after I brought the car in I was informed that they don't have material and must order it . I have paid Uber ride to go back and forth for no reason . Waited another week and the car was done in a day . Needles to say that was the worst job I have ever witnessed any professional do. Seems where not straight , color was way off plus instead of the leather what is on the rest of the interior they installed plastic material . These people are a amateurs and unprofessional as they can be . DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE YOU WILL BE SCAMMED . I am filing civil law suite for my damages .

Both jobs were completed with perfection and on time! We will definitely recommend them. Not only is their work exceptional but they are professional and very courteous.

Great service provider who went the extra mile to make sure we had the exact correct material for our headliner. We have a speciality vehicle so we wanted the color and material to be exact. Mike was excellent in response time to emails and fabric choices. We live about 50 miles from their shop and unfortunately we showed up late due to heavy traffic. Thankfully they were still available to get the job finished and we were grateful that they could. We would highly recommend them for headliner replacement and after looking at some of the upholstery jobs they had going, we would highly recommend them for that!

I'm restoring a 1966 VW. The seat covers and door panels are a "one-year-only" design, and not easily replaced. Mine were in fair condition, for being 57 years old! I took them to Sargents to find out if it was possible to restore the originals. They told me they would try, but couldn't guaranty success, due to the age of the vinyl. They were able to repair torn seams, replace several panels, and restrech the existing sections where necessary. The result is a completely original interior that looks like new!While new seat covers would have been much cheaper, maintaining the originals was my goal, and Sargents made it happen!

Overall went very well. Had a quote for a relatively obscure convertible top. The servicemen were very knowledgeable. Leather and interior was cleaned and refinished to look like a new car.

The guys were very customer oriented and professional, and did the work while I waited. The bill turned out to be less than the estimate. I'm very pleased.
