We have a veterinarian we're very happy with, Moody McCall in San Pablo hospital. The vet's name is McCall. The last time I took the pets in was two weeks ago. It was just a limited check up, cost $30 or so. I have been using this vet for 15 years. I give them A across the board. I would use them in the future.

I recently moved to the area and brought my dog in for a grooming appointment. The staff was friendly on the phone when I made the arrangements. However, the day I went to the office for the appointment I was disappointed by the staff. They were not very friendly and seemed as if I were interrupting their breakfast. The groomer seemed to be irritated that the dog was only receiving a bath and I had called for a grooming appointment. When I picked him up it appeared that he had a bath, but it didn't seem like they had brushed him since his coat still had a large amount of hair that he was shedding.

They were wonderful about it. I like that they do not push services on us. They are very fair and reasonable. If I do not need to bring my animal in then they won't tell me to. Instead, they will tell me to watch him for a day or two and, then, if he is not better, bring him in. Their demeanor and customer service skills are wonderful.

They have always kept my dog really calm. They really take good care of him and they usually fit me in for a check up during emergencies. When my dog had an ear infection they gave me a list of ingredients that I could mix for a home remedy to save money if I don't want to buy the medicine from them. My sister had also started going there after she had a bad experience with a bad vet and she fell in love with them.

They email me and remind me when the animals are due for shots and check ups. They are very accommodating. They have two doctors. The staff is very helpful and nice. They give my a multi pet discount because I have four pets.

I never waited maybe more than five minutes during visits. We still have two cats that go there. Their pricing is incredibly reasonable.
