Staff is very responsive and professional but they do have a high turnover of staff. I am searching for another property management company because of the way they handle the rental proceeds. It takes 5-6 weeks to have the rent deposited into my account. Last month I did not receive any rental income from any of my properties but I received a statement that stated the money was sent to me. I became concerned and called to find out they held back the rent on all the properties for over 2 months because one property needed repairs. After talking to them, they released some of the money. Again, this month, I am in the same situation, with no deposits. I have sent in owner contributions and am unsure of what is going on. I was told if the house is rented they will make the repairs and if not rented they want owner contributions to cover additional costs. I understood this and was ok until yesterday one of my properties needs a repair and they are asking for me to directly pay the vendor even though they have held back 2 months rent and the place is currently rented. I have used property management companies since the 90's and have never experienced anything like this before.
