I've been going there for 30 years or more. They're very good. I've just always been pleased with the service. They're my go-to animal vet.

They are really good. They are top notch. The doctors and the staffs are extremely friendly. It is not one of those situation where they just put you in and give you a number and push you out in a hurry. They spend a lot of time trying to explain things on the level that you can understand. You can tell that they really care about their clients, the animals. They don't try to make you have a lot of different services just to spend the money. It is really about the care for the animals. They even do acupuncture on the animals and it was very successful.

Dr. Guil is the best. His assistant Sharon is so kind. Everyone there is so nice and caring.

Surgery went well, Sally, being 20 months, hardly noticed it as an issue. We had the surgery, she had stitches for a week, then we went back and he gave us some spray on medicine to help with the wound and sure enough, the wound sealed up and she has a minimal scar. It was a simple procedure and Sally is back to playing with her sister Stella and other dogs.

I took cats in on a Friday without an appointment. There was not much of a wait. Dr. O'Keefe examined kittens and mother cat. She had been pretty sick and they did a great job taking care of her. He took a look at the kittens and gave good advice.

5 minute wait--staff is friendly and professional. All the vets in the practice are excellent--I feel my dogs get great medical care with the least amount of stress for them (and me!). Vet called me two days later with test results. May be a little pricier than other vets but the level of service makes it worthwhile.

Over all experience was very good.

I have used these vets for 30 years . I never need to make an appiontment because there are always more than one vet available.the wait is never long.They are fully staffed with knowledgeable vet techs.

My dogs love going there because of the treats and affection from the friendly staff. I have had less than positive experiences with other vets.San Juan Animal Hospital is the only place I trust to care for my dogs.

I will NOT return to this facility for any care. If I need meds, pet care products or a couple particular toys-MAYBE. But not for ANY pet care. 1. Post Dental cleaning respiratory collapse event: The afternoon I picked up my 4 yr old male cat after a routine dental cleaning (recommended by this facility), he was understandably timid and seemed to be breathing somewhat rapidly and shallowly, but I figured this was just the stress of the vet visit. By that night he was visibly struggling and we returned the next day- where he was treated with an antibiotic. By the 3rd day he was in extreme distress and I rushed him back in wheezing and limp. an X-ray shown lungs filled with fluid and he needed 3 days in "ICU". I asked how the signs he showed before he even left the facility could be overlooked to allow discharge after an "observation period" post anesthesia from the cleaning. I realized he'd already become unstable before I even picked him up- to their credit I will say they only charged me for the meds from the additional visits and not the ICU stay. But when I came to pick him up after 3 days I heard the vet behind the door "hasn't somebody come get that cat yet?" yes, I took him away and never returned there with him again- both by choice and because he was DEAD within 12 months from an acute respiratory failure. 2. Eye infection: The lengthy period of treatment with multiple meds and with no real improvement and finally the blasé attitude were the last straw. Again, if you need products, they are acceptable- but if you need CARE- consider that there are 3-4 facilities within 5 mile of this place.

I have used this company for many years. They are completely professional. All the people we have dealt with there are just great. They treat the animals as if they were there own. They do have very competitive pricing for their services. They have a clean environment. They really do offer good advice to help take care of your pet.

I absolutely adore the way this vet treated my pets. The cat is 15 years old and had not been feeling well for some time. He even gave me tuna gel to mix with the meds to make it more palatable for the cat. They treated both me and my animals with care and individual attention. I highly recommend his services.

I have used San Juan Animal Hospital for several years and they are professional and courteous. The price is right but I have to call them in advance to get my dog in on time. I would recommend this company to others and I will continue to use this service.

I would possibly use San Juan Animal Hospital if I needed to use them. I liked that they were very professional. I was impressed by how very clean they were there.
