hardwood floor
+ -1 moreDid not replace rotten wood as discussed and promised, did not show up for three out of the five contracted days, badly gouged several spots, did not attempt to match replacement boards. Clint quoted a price and a time line both were disregarded. Workers didn't show up, I had to stay in a hotel for a week with my child, for less than 300 square feet of refinishing. He loudly complained his worker had gone to Bike Week and he had to leave his 'real' job to do the floors himself, as they had been scheduled three weeks in advance. He was rude and condescending when questioned. HE HAS NOT RETURNED MY HOUSE KEY THREE MONTHS LATER--I had to buy new locks for my doors.
