I've been bringing my BMWs to Sam's for a few years now.
My first BMW was a 2003 3.0i Z4 E85 with the sport package.  For the 3 years that I owned this car, Sam's performed all the oil changes.
My second BMW is a 2006 Z4 E85 M Roadster.  For the past 4 years, Sam's has performed all the oil changes and a full brake service that included new rotors, ceramic pads, stainless steel brake lines, and a full brake fluid flush.  I also had a scary throttle position sensor problem that they fixed as well.
The only negative that I can think of is that Sam's does such a booming business it can take a few days to get in to be seen.
I would highly recommend going to Sam's over the local dealer.

So long as you let Sam's have the car enough time to assess the REAL problem he saves $$$$ and fixes the problem.

Sam's takes its time and does not have a fancy waiting area so I've left my car while on business trips. They gave me estimates that went into explanations of the work and held to their quote. And both times they returned my car detailed so it looks its very best - kudos!

The repair took awhile due to insurance approvals but is complete and perfect. Sam's even detailed the car while it was held there and it looks like new!

They changed the oil and did some minor things but told us the electrical problem was expensive and should be covered under warranty. We took it to the dealer and it was fixed for free. We loved their honesty!

Everything went well. The guys were very flexible and helpful.

They were terrific. The price was pretty reasonable considering it was a BMW. I found them through the BMW car club when I had moved and have used them since.

They are very informative and explain things in detail. They will even take you under your vehicle to show you what the problem is which I really like.

Fantastic. Sam saved me about $250 by showing me a way to replace my air regulator by using another manufacturer that's cheaper but is the exact same Bosch part. He loves BMW's and knows the tricks that keep them in top running condition.

Sam's Automotive is a very fair and honest company. He is the most honest person that I have found to work on my car. I won't take my car anywhere else.

Sams Automotive did a good job. The tires were installed correctly, so I don't have any problems with them. However, the mechanics are very slow. It took a lot longer than it should have.
