Very quick response. Fast service. Charged for computer diagnosis despite having the car repaired there. I think I was overcharged for the part. Especially since it was only one and not all four. 
 FAST service. from the point of dropping car to ready was only 3 hours.
 I'll probably shop around more next time for competitive pricing. After I heard the diagnosis I could have done the work myself including parts for less than 200 dollars-  When I mentioned the price of the part I was told you get what you pay for. It's a 10 year old car. 
  All said and done I would have been fine if they had waived the diagnosis charge like every other place does if you have them do the repair.

They gave me a car max discount that they didn't have the time to honor. They also gave me an additional discount on top of that as well as good advice on how to take car of the remaining cylinders. The shop is always clean, their communication is always excellent. They went above and beyond.

The staff was friendly until we had to bring the car back.  They had the car for ten days.   Was never in waiting room, but the outside looked clean.

It went fine.  I was satisfied with their service.  The guy diagnosed the problem on his first try which I think is pretty good because I have been bringing my car at a shop for six times for the same thing.  I think they have fair price.

I called to confirm that a battery was in stock and drove to the shop to have it installed.  I think I waited for maybe 15 minutes while it was installed.

They were professional and finished the job in a timely manner.  They were very honest and I have recommended to others.

I've taken my vehicle to RPM @ the Intracoastal since 2011. I use them exclusively for 'major issues' (which for me, means anytime the dreaded CHECK ENGINE light illuminates) and periodically for more routine issues. They are honest and stand behind their work 100%. I've never felt pressured to purchase any additional services.  I found any repairs they recommend to be legitimate.  More importantly they have always given me a fair (and accurate) time-frame before the 'recommended' repair becomes an 'necessary' repair.
As someone on a budget, I appreciate knowing whether or not repairs can be spaced over several pay periods or if it's time to dip into the Emergency Fund.  The prices at RPM may not be the cheapest in town, but they only use OEM parts. Because of this, they stand behind their work 100% - I know from personal experience! About 12 hours after having my water pump replaced, my car overheated resulting in a breakdown on the Southside Connector. I called RPM and they immediately dispatched a tow truck (at their expense).  It turned out the new component was faulty so they replaced it  at no cost. Additionally, they included a rental car - ALSO at their expense, until mine was ready for pick up.  The 10-15% more I pay upfront for guaranteed parts and labor is WELL WORTH IT in my book.

Everything was completed correctly. Our car has over 100k miles so I had them check the brakes. They said brakes were fine which I'm sure 99% of other places would have recommended brakes all the way around.

Outstanding! April or May, I do not recall, I may have them last spring for $2500. They have to replace the transformer case for real drive SUV. They were out front frank and honest about the diagnosis. They gave me an option on a replacement, of getting a used one or a new one, talked about the benefits and drop box of each, and they delivered that vehicle when it runs that end up in a day. So, my experiences were excellent overall. They were out front, gave me options, and delivered the vehicle when they stayed in.

While they were doing the above service, they didn't notice and/or didn't tell me that 2 of my performance tires were in dangerous shape and needed replacing.

They said they didn't feel confident working in the transmission and asked me to take it to the dealer. They were honest, kind and up front with us.
