hired this company a few months ago and tried my best to give them a chance to fix the issue they have caused before posting this review. The sales people promised me that the installers are experts and will know how to install gutters that wont leak and can handle the water from the roof. Fast forward 3 months and the gutters have completely failed. They came out several times to level the gutters but after calling them out they told me that they didnt claim to be experts at gutters. I have 2 failed gutters that i will have to hire another company to fix. Both of those gutters are going to cause foundation issues because water is running down a wall at this point. I have verified that the gutters are not blocked. My only option right now is to seek legal help.

I would not recommend Royal Construction to anybody. The guy didn't lay the laminate flooring correctly. In other words, the stagger between the planks was all screwed up. He did a sloppy job on the base boards. And the painting job... I'm painting the same room right now and it's taking me about five and a half gallons of paint. He used two and a half. When you look really close, you can see where it's very, very thin. I hate to give them anything good. I think, for the job that he provided, the price was good. I would absolutely not use their service again. I thought that he was very unprofessional. I think he misled us as to his capabilities and he wasn't willing to make anything right.

Mario with Royal Construction was a real professional. You have to hold your breath sometimes when you hire a contractor and in particular one that you are contracting for a paint job. He and his crew were on time to start the job and completed it in the time he said they would. My job was small by comparision of some of the remodeling jobs that they do, but it did not matter. I got the same treatment as if this job was one of their complete kitchen remodels or a complete inside outside paint job. I would definately recommend them for just about anything they do. They were clean and that is hard to find in paint jobs. Mario is the owner and does not leave the job to some underlings to complete without his participation and actually working with them himself. You don't find that with most contractors. They want to come in and bid the job and then they are down the road and you are left with some underling or sub-contractor to deal with. I gave them the highest rating for a reason. I have had a lot of different work done over the years that cost me a whole lot more and was always pushing and pulling to get the results I needed. I wish I had know of Royal Construction before all of that. I could have saved myself a lot of dissatifaction and frustration with the others I have hired. 
Mario was even gracious when I called him back to restain the entire job because I picked out a color that I was not happy with.  It was my fault entirely as I picked it from a color patch and he wanted me to do a test section first.  In my haste as I was leaving town I told him it would be ok.  I took it from the look on his face he was not entirely sure, but the customer is always right and he did what I asked.  When I returned to see what I had asked him to do, I was apoligetic when I called him to ask if he would come back out and paint it a different color.  This time I took his advice and had him do a section with the new color and was sure this time.  He never said I told you so, He just applied the new color and and did the same terrific job all over again.  He did discount my mistake considerably that I did not ask for and was willing to pay full price.  He was not going to have any of that.  I put him in my first call column for anything that I need done in the future.
