Rourkewood Pressure Washing

My wife and I wanted our house to look great for the 4th of July, I Found RourkeWood Pressure Washing online and called to scheduled an appointment for July 1st the night before. I spoke to Tom on the phone and he was very pleasant and accommodating due to such short notice. He showed up on time and in professional attire, he was very articulate, clean cut, early 20s, college student and entrepreneur which was quite impressive to us. (a little change from all the spanish speakers)
We had our driveway, house and patio pressure cleaned. He started by doing the driveway, he used hot water to help remove grease and oil spots off the driveway. This was a big surprise considering the two other companies i called wanted an extra $100 just for hot water usage. He then put a sealant/ mold inhibitor coating over the driveway free of charge which was great! He then moved on to the house, he used a low pressure system to insure not to harm or destroy anything on or around the home, paying extra attention to detail work. All the solutions he used were biodegradable and did an amazing job getting off all the stains around the house. 
After completed the job on the home he gave us a walk around the house and pointed out all points of oxidization, and places around windows that needed chalking. He really didn't need to do this but it was very helpful for us.
Then moved to the paver patio, it was pretty bad, mold and mildew build ups all over, not to mention the gum from the kids. The sand between was all dirty and looked really bad as well. He started by cleaning the pavers, used hot water to remove the gum. He blew a good portion of the old sand out, then sealed the pavers. without asking he then went and re-sanded our patio after he was completed.
The job turned out amazing! we could not have asked for a better job or experience.
