Ron and crew did a very nice job on remodeling and updating our 3 Baths. The were very good about cleaning up before they left each day. If we had an issue Ron and Crew listened and resolved any problem. We are enjoying our new baths they really look great.

His team did a magnificent job and went over and beyond the contract to assure we would not have any trouble with the window in the future and a special thank you to Ron's employer Kenny who so polite and professional and explained step by step his work and if we had any questions or concerns and we would like to say to the owner Ron thank you recognizing we do not wear shoes in our home and you removed them without us asking says a lot about how you care about your customers will 110% hire you again

Wonderful experience. Very professional. Paid attention to the smallest detail. Went out of his way to make sure I was very happy with everything. Always returned my calls quickly wh e i had a question. Refered him to my friend who is very hard to please and she also was happy with his work. Will continue to always use this company for any future work

Work was performed as described. many of my neighbors have since used Ardery Construction for similar renovations. The team always followed up if there were any issue or questions. I have been working with Ardery construction for 10 years.

WORST experience ever! Literally cried myself to sleep multiple times. The he took the first half of the money we gave him and used it on another project. So then he didn't have any money to use on ours. Then he kept harassing us for more money. First off I would never pay someone all the money up front. That's just smart on my part. Second it was a rehab mortgage so I didn't even have the money to give him. I kept saying the bank has the money and they will pay you when you finish the job. Well VERY long story short the bank ended up having to call him and force him to get the job done and stop harassing us. Thank god we used the bank or I don't know what would have happened. They never showed up on time. They did awful work. My husband had to redo the drywall after they attempted it 3 times and it still looked awful. When we told the drywall down to redo it we found they had come some electrical wires and just through them in the wall, no tape or anything. Well first off these wires were to outlets and then we had to get that fixed bc the outlets were no longer working. Second that could start a fire!! We also had to redo some beam work in the kitchen. We wanted them to do some miter cuts and Rob told me "oh that's fancy work we can't do that"! Seriously!!! My husband can do it and he's not the professional, you are!! So then my husband had to redo that as well. They did pipe work and the turned he water on before it was dry. The pipe busted and when we got home that nigh our tire first floor was flooded! They refused to leave doors closed after me asking them multiple times! I have the AC on so that you are comfortable but I don't want to AC the outside. They let my cat out and he was missing for an entire day! They are lucky we found him safe! The bank we used blacklisted Ron and his company. My cousin works for the city and said Ron use to do work for them until he started having the same issues. Now the city of Jacksonville has blacklisted him. DO NOT USE HIM! He gave a good price but I learned the hard way, you get what you pay for and cheaper is not always better!

Very professional from first contact for estimate.  Was able to schedule work quickly.  Estimate was reasonable and right on par with other contractors.  I could tell from speaking with Ron that his company would do quality work.  They showed up on time.  Completed the job in one day.  Most important, you can't tell there were any repairs done, the work looks great!  I am in the market for a shower remodel and will likely use this company for that as well.  Best experience I have had with a contracting company in Jacksonville.

It was lousy. They used cheap products and tried to install things that they said they wouldn’t do. For the remodel in the bathtub, they put in the tub that was chipped up but they put tape over it before the final close out. They left holes in the wall and I had to go back and re-patch it myself. They did a lousy towel job as well.

I cannot say enough good things about Ron and his crew! We interviewed A LOT of contractors before we met Ron and none of them seemed to really listen to what we wanted...and they charged an outrageous price for the work. Ron came to our house when it was convenient for us, immediately understood our vision, and gave us a quote we could hardly believe! At first, my husband and I thought he was too good to be true, but we decided to take a shot on him since he seemed so honest, knowledgeable, and laid back.
Boy, are we happy we did!!! Ron and his crew were professional throughout the entire process and you can tell they really know what they are doing. They are true masters at their craft. The project was completed in a little over a week and the crew left everything even better than it was before construction.
I would HIGHLY recommend Ron and his crew for any remodeling project you may have. In fact, we liked his work so much, we are going to hire him to do an outside deck just off our second story master bedroom.
