I intend to take this company to court to receive a refund and pay for other damages, I think that needs to be stated up front.
They arrived to repair a leak, I asked they go into the attic to determine where the water was coming from, but was told they could determine the issue from being on the roof and that they had indeed found the problem. They told me they fixed the issue so I paid them.
We had huge amounts a rain fall soon thereafter, I called the company multiple times but they were non responsive to my calls to come back out and fix the problem. We had gallons and gallons of water coming in and our once small leak became huge messing up our ceiling. Therefore, I had to contact another company, they came right out, went in to the attic and determined the issue and stated the other company missed the mark and did not fix the actual problem.
Besides large amounts of water, we got large amounts of stains in large areas and with so much water intrusion we also have mold issues and our once dry house is now musty. So this has turned in to more than us simply wanting our money back, we have had all sorts of extensive repairs and a musty home.
I got their name from a referral, I took that instead of checking Angie's List, a huge mistake!

They came out to fix a leak, and finished fixing it.  He also checked our bathroom with a light sealed to the roof, to see if it was leaking and it wasn't, they did fix a leak in our other bathroom, and he didn't charge us anything.  He did really well, and was really fast.  I was a little disappointed with communicating with them on the phone, but they were extremely busy after a massive storm.  They made it out the same day which was important.
