They came out with one large crane, one smaller crane and a Bob Cat. They put plyboards in the area where the small crane had to be on the grass. There was no damage to my yard at all. After they picked up the cut tree and limbs the worker even raked the yard. They even blew the leaves off of the roof that had fallen. You wouldn't even know they had been here except for the stump. I would recommend Robert's Tree Service to anyone. Very Pleased!

Roberts did an excellent job. Their people were very nice and respectable. Their equipment was top notch. They are the only tree service I will ever use. Great job!

Everything from beginning to end went just as it should.  Office staff to work crew were great to work with.  Roberts not only cleaned up the mess they made but actually cleaned up more than they made, and if you saw my yard you would understand why that was remarkable.

As always, Jason and his crew arrived on time and ROCKED this job out from start to finish. Anyone can remove a tree or some shrubs but they did an absolutely EXCELLENT job thinning out our Oak trees to the point where even my neighbors have all commented on how good they look. Jason always gives a fair price and always makes sure you are happy with the job and that is why I always call them anytime I have a potential job for them before thinking about calling anyone else.

It was good. They were eager to work, quoted the price, and got it done.

When the representative from Roberts Tree Service came out to my house, we discussed in detail what I wanted done to my huge oak tree. I had pictures of the tree and explained exactly what I wanted done. He assured me that he understood what I wanted done and quoted me a price for that service. When the workers actually came out , they only trimmed a minor portion of what I had requested. So minor in fact that I thought at first that they had not come yet! They sent me a bill for the full service which I refused to pay. They did reduce the bill by a minor amount but they should have reduced the quote by a much larger amount or came back and finished the job. Part of the problem , I think, was that the representative that came out to the house to establish the fee was never on the premises to witness the actual amount of trimming that was done. How was the crew supposed to know how much to cut? I was so disappointed in the experience that I just wanted them gone! My advice to future customers is to get IN WRITING an accurate description of exactly what you want and demand that the person that gives the quote be on site when the job is being done.

Within two days of contacting the company, we agreed to a price and the work was scheduled.

They arrived on time to complete the work. They were very professional, worked quickly and cleaned the yard perfectly. They are by far the most professional tree service company I have ever used in North Florida.

The tree itself was all carried by hand to the street, yard raked clean. The stump ginder did the same. All left was a large flat area of dirt. Robert came and picked up all the debris, cleaned the ayrd and the entire cul-de-saq. All 4 men were professionals! I will rehire thme if the need arises.

He was very good and he has lot of equipments. They were in and out in short order. I am very impressed with them.

Estimator showed up on time, gave me a their plan for removing the tree. Gave me a price. They we're a little more than another company, but less than others. They were able to come in he time frame I needed. Showed up when they said, got right to work. For having to take down an 80 ft tree piece by piece, they never touched my house our the house next door. Every piece came down exactly as planned. Debris was picked up, yard raked, stump ground and you could not tell they were ever there. Owner of the company was even on site. If you hire this company, you will not be disappointed.

the "crew" (about 6 people) arrived on time. Sized up the yard and the tree, made their plan of attack and went right to work.
The workers were efficient with very little damage to the surrounding yard and cleaned up everything within a short amount of time. I especially liked the fact that the large logs that they piled up from their cuttings were picked up soon enough that I could not detect any from lawn damage. Everybody worked together as a team and knew what their specific job was. We are planning on hiring them again for another tree.

I think they did a really good job. He came out to do the estimate and then see what needed to be done. They guys came out and did the job really quickly and they were all nice and professional about it. They cleaned up really well afterwards.

Roberts Tree Service was recommended by another Angie's List company. We then looked for them on Angies List and found them. The reviews were an A overall. The company was punctual, professional and did an excellent job on two different days. They left our property looking better than when we started. A well orchestrated operation from start to finish. I highly recommend them for your tree removal needs.

Jason was very punctual in getting the estimate and very easy to get ahold of afterwards. They were much earlier than they estimated which was great. Job was done quickly, cleanly and professionally. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Roberts price was reasonable. The crew came on the agreed upon day, performed the work and left. They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave any mess behind. I highly recommend them.
