I wish I could give zero stars! DO NOT use this company for locker fumigation services. They are beyond unprofessional. They don’t stick to any schedule, holding your furniture hostage for months before randomly deciding it’s “done.” Then they give you just five days to pick it up—regardless of whether you're on vacation or dealing with other issues. If you don’t, they charge $25 PER DAY while your furniture sits in their subpar storage that leaks and has no climate control, ruining your items anyway. I dropped off my furniture on 6/28/24 and didn’t get a call until 8/21/24 saying it was finally done. Conveniently, I was leaving for vacation that same day and wouldn’t be back until 8/30/24, with surgery scheduled for 9/4/24. They gave me literally two potential business days to pick up my furniture, all because they don’t have a proper schedule in place! To make matters worse, after my surgery, when I couldn’t pick it up, they threatened to dump it on the curb for trash pickup. When I asked the owner about the condition of my furniture, she claimed it had been raining six inches a day. So, you’re admitting that your storage and lack of scheduling ruins people's belongings? This company is a complete nightmare. Avoid them at all costs if you value your time, money, or possessions. Absolutely disgraceful!

The job was done on time with expected results.

This is arguably the worst and most dishonest pest control service that I have ever dealt with and we have dealt with many over the years in different parts of the country. I would not advise using this company for any type of pest control or termite services. While there prices are competitive the service, honesty, integrity and quality are all terrible.

I have used them for termite bond on house, regular pest control, and lawn care. They have always been accurate in the price quoted and the employees from the office staff to those that come to the house to do the treatment have been pleasant and professional.

They are the only one I have used. Their price is reasonable to me. They did a good job. They send me an email to confirm an appointment and if I don't call them, they end up calling me. They are not open during the weekends. They don't have an emergency line. They pretty much showed up during the time spot they said they were going to.

We live in a historic neighborhood, and they have many customers here. The owner is very arragoant and rude, and they're not punctual at all. We had them scheduled to tent our house at 9am, and they didn't show up until noon. They finished tenting the home at 8pm. They were scheduled to return the next day to remove the tent at 2pm, but they did not arrive until 5pm. My husband called them and told them not to come becasue they were late and it was about to storm. They still came out without our permission. We arrived home and found them halfway through the tent removal, so we told them to finish up as quickly as possible and leave our property.

The service was very sloppy and unprofessional. The workers arrived wearing street clothes. When they were working up high on the house they were not wearing proper safety equipment. This could potentially increase the liability of the customer. We even have video of them with no safety equipment on. They also didn't give enough bags to protect our food items and medication during the process. I would advise you avoid this company.

River Pest Control is very respectful of my lawn and property. They are an excellent company and I would recommend them to others.
