We had a townhouse in the area that we needed to sell so we could move into a larger home. The market was very tough, especially for townhomes. We went with Sally Farr, as she had worked with a friend on both a sale and purchase. She was very professional and was very upbeat at every point in the process. The house was on the market for about 18 months and Sally was upbeat at every point. We had many showings and Sally was very good at following up with every one of them to find out what they did and didn't like. She kept in close contact throughout those 18 months and even though we ended up selling at a loss (the foreclosure crisis was in full swing) we felt very good about everything she had done.

The second part of our experience was finding a larger home in the same area. Again, Sally was a bundle of energy and was upbeat at every house we saw. She told us that each one we saw could be the one we loved. We really came to rely on her experience to point out possible issues in the houses. She would take us out for entire days of looking, one day we saw 28 homes, and was willing to talk to us at any time. I don't think she ever took a day off and while she had many clients she always made us feel like we were her only ones.

In the end, we went with new construction but again she was great at walking us through the whole process. Sally was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend Sally and Riverpoint for any real estate transactions.

Sheri Cheshire was helpful, professional, and served us well. We were new to the area, and she really helped us find what we were looking for. She works very hard.
