River City Limousine Inc

Probably the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I had 16 photographers flying in from around the country and rented a party bus to transport them from JAX to St.Augustine. 10-minutes before the scheduled pick-up time I received a call from the driver that the passager van was waiting for our women. Ugh! Excuse me?! You sent a 12 passenger van instead of the booked and paid for party bus?! Turns out River City contracted out the job to another company who then turned around and sold the contract to a 3rd party. It took an hour to sort out the mess and River City sent the party bus, however, our party waited at the airport an additional 45 minutes and once picked up the driver was horribly rude and had no GPS, so I had to verbally tell him street by street directions to our location. We booked the party bus for a return to the airport after our retreat, the driver arrived on time but was again horribly rude and even left the photographers at the airport in a rush before one mother could get her bag of breast milk off the bus. I have never in a decade of booking luxury transportation had a company mess up so horribly. I would recommend you find a different company or you might just get sent a car vs a limo or left high and dry with no ride, even after you paid in full...now I can't get a manager or owner on the phone.

The Limousin arrived early to the assigned location. They took our high school junior and senior class to their dinner and evening venues  and created just a magical   prom event  that will last for many years to come.
