this last time was for a fast blinking left turn signal that did not get fixed on the list was for him to do the alignment he was paid for and to fix the steering box as well he did that and then tried to charge me all over for it. they correct some of the bill I paid the rest and will never go back there ever.... and I know them and I don't care if they see this. They left my truck open over night never locked it up had the hood poped open and anyone could have come along and taken my battery or anything I had in the truck its a bad area there and he claims not to be responsible for your stuff. I don't need it I will find other places to work on my stuff like the dealer...
"This is some kind of personal attack as all of the information is categorically untrue. All of the approved service was performed and we even took money off of his bill because he complained so enthusiastically about the price. He ended up getting 2 new tires and an alignment, upper control arm bushings and a rag joint on a pick up truck for 530$ including tax. He never approved the turn signal repair. I am shocked he would say we installed his steering box wrong. Our normal policy is not to install customer supplied parts because we warranty all of our work. Because he was a "friend" we broke protocol and installed his part he supplied, with the knowledge we are not going to warranty it because it was not a part we procured. If his experience was not good, it was not for our lack of trying!"
