This company was highly recommend to me by a good friend of ours in the Financial Services Industry. She used Rick for the downstairs portion of her home and was completely satisfied, therefore we called Rick and he responded promptly. He made sure we saw many samples of engineered wood flooring of different sizes and finishes. After our selection, he made sure all the supplies and flooring material was delivered to our home and he started the job promptly and he proceeded to spent the next nine days expertly installing our beautiful new new hardwood floors. The job was approximately 1800 sq ft. We would use him again if needed.

Rick was very courteous and responsive throughout all phases. He was also very particular about the quality of his work. And he was very knowledgeable, using his experience to clear up some water stains in the wood floors that were very tricky to remove. He transformed our floors from looking dull and drab to being brilliant. We have put our home up for sale, and EVERY person that came to view the house commented about how amazing the wood floors looked.

He was professional and on time. He did some things that didn't really need to be done. When the insurance adjuster saw it, they got somebody else involved. He did some things that were not necessary with walls and pipes. He was a nice enough guy. He came out on an emergency call for me based on your list. I have nothing bad to say, but I wouldn't take away another persons income.
