All work was finished in the time they said. I didn't live too far away, so they picked me up & took me back home as well. Excellent customer service. Drove the car over 600 miles with everything working fine. No problems to date.

I have a 22 year old car that is still in excellent condition.
- recently had regular scheduled 225K miles maintenance performed on it along with minor A/C work.
Richard does all the regular maintenance and required repairs on my car. I donot let anybody else touch the car for any maintenance or repair work.
Richard doesnot recommend unnecessary repairs. He never misleads you. Doesnot recommend spending money on "repairs" that are not required. Always does a quality job.

We noticed the brakes were squeaking, so took it to the dealer for inspection. The dealership said the brakes were worn down to the routers, which would need to be replaced. We were quoted $600 for this. We decided to get a second opinion, so took it to Richard's Automotive (I found strong recommendations for him on Click & Clack's radio show website). He was awesome! He did the work the same day we brought it in, determined the drums were fine; didn't even need to be sanded. He replaced them with ceramic pads, so we're good to go for "life"! And he did it all for 1/4 of the price of the dealership.
