Rich Warchol Design

I would not recommend Rich. He shows up maybe 3 hours a day, takes forever to finish the job because he has other jobs at the same time and can’t do them all at the same time and takes terrible shortcuts. He hires hack that can’t do quality work. My job was a completely custom project and because he had too much going on he took shortcut that killed the guality. For example, he cannot plan the work. He did not let the wood dry before making custom cabinets and the doors warped and shrank and can be seen when the doors are closed. There were days he did not show up without a call wondering what was going go, then some excuse. All the doors handles were installed crooked because the holes were drilled oversized to make installation easy, all had to be removed, realigned and locktitght to keep aligned. Doors were made wrong and did not fit and had to be remade a couple times over which delayed completing project. He installed a fireplace he said he knew how. It didn’t work and had to get a professional to fix. Come to find out if it worked it would have killed us with carbon monoxide poisoning, and his crew cut roof rafters that ruins the structural integrity. Had to be fixed. I can go I and highly don’t recommend Rich Warchol.

We liked that Rich came over to our home, measured our area, listened to our needs, gave us ideas and sat down and hand drew an amazing wall unit.  It came to life and has added tremendous functionality and beauty to our home.  We highly recommend Rich.

I liked everything about them. They did a great job and I don't have any complaints about anything.
