Elias Santtari and his crew are amazing. They were professional, accommodating, super easy to get along with, did an exceptional job. There were some items that needed fixing before painting and they did an excellent job. Elias helped me decide on a change of accent color (the darker one) that was to replace my original choice. We talked over colors and he went and got itty bitty cans of various colors, painted little sections on the wood, and I settled on one. The outcome is amazing. Our house was painted with Rhino Shield in October of 2016. The Rhino Shield has now been on for 5 years. For the most part, it has been good and has not needed maintenance or cleaned. We have 2 pop-outs that run parallel to the ground across the front of the house. The pop-outs are approximately 13 inches high and 1.5 inched deep. The bottom of the lower pop-out is 13 inches above the ground and the bottom of the upper pop-out is five- and one-half feet above the ground. A few weeks ago, I noticed paint peeling from the bottom of the lower pop-out in several places. I called Rhino Shield and they sent out a man to repair the issue. As soon as he saw the peeling and the extent, he said the painters did not apply a primer on the bottom of the lower pop-out. To me, this seemed a reasonable explanation. He said they would seal the area and repaint. I pointed to some blisters that had formed on the lower pop-out and he said they would have a stucco man come out to repair the blistered areas. He explained that the stucco man’s work was not covered under the warranty and we would have to pay for those repairs. I questioned this since, if the paint had been applied correctly, the paint would not have pealed and water would not have blistered the paint. He insisted that it was not a problem of the paint. The stucco repair was $350.00. There was no peeling on the upper pop-out. The Manufacturer’s Warranty states in the first sentence the Ceramic Coating is warranted for Twenty-Five years against chipping, flaking or peeling. The paint was definitely pealing. Given the cost of having Rhino Shield paint our house in the amount of $22,000.00, I am very concerned that they are being petty and I can only hope we have no more problems over the next 20 years.

Very professional company. Showed up when they said and did the whole house in under two days. Had one issue and they were there the next day to fix. Love the new color on the house and very happy we did it!

Just had Rhino Shield put on my home. The crew did an amazing job. I get comments from my neighbors about how great it looks. I have a stucco home and it had some cracks. I am very please with the job performed by Rhino Shield on my house. The salesman, Andy Walker, was professional, helpful, and very personable. His suggestions were right on target. I was contacted very quickly by Ed and soon had an appointment for my project. Miguel Perez and his helper were very proficient in what they do. I even had some wood rot that had to be replaced and now it looks like when it was new. Thank you Rhino Shield. I am very pleased.

The salesman, foreman and installers were all very detail oriented and professional. The job was done as specified in the contract, and the timeline fit our schedule and expectations. The finished product is beautiful! A few window screen screws went missing during the reinstallation, but a call the the foreman brought him back for a quick assessment, and a follow up service call to remedy the situation. He also discovered a scratch along the foundation, likely caused by our lawn care company, and repaired it, as well as touch up to the area around our recent Ring door bell installation. Great company and customer service!

Rhinoshield's service from sales to completion of Rhinoshield application was EXCELLENT! Everyone was very pleasant to work with, responded to all of my emails and phone calls within a timely manner. The painters were always on time, completed the job within the indicated time frame and were very neat! We are so happy with the service and product, I give my highest recommendation!!

Excellent service. Rhino Shield was very attentive from the sales team, to the crews working on the project, to the project management team. They arrived on time, as scheduled, and were willing to answer any question I had or any requests that I may have noticed throughout the project. The Rhino Shield team was very thorough in explaining the benefits of Rhino Shield versus traditional Paints. Would Highly recommend, it's expensive, but worth it once you do the math on the costs versus traditional painting timelines - and the financing options were very reasonable.

It went great. The crew was very professional, worked hard every day and completed the job in a timely fashion. They asked questions about how I wanted things done and were polite and professional. The house looks wonderful and neighbors are making noticing how nice it looks.

RhinoShield, NEVER PAINT YOUR HOUSE AGAIN. This is correct, until the rotten wood causes the walls to almost fall down. Several years after applying RhinoShield to our home, we noticed quite a bit of rotten wood appearing. According to the ads and the sales pitch, that was not going to occur. When contacted, we were informed that they would replace the damage at a cost. We did not feel that we should pay additional monies, as they assured us that we would never have rotten wood and never have to paint again. Since we felt this company could not be trusted, we decided to go with HardiBoard instead. When the workers started removing the wood siding, the wall almost fall because of all the rotten studs. This resulted in costing us Thousands of Dollars to have this rotten stuff removed from our home. By the way, people would be totally shocked if they could see the pictures that were taken which showed how bad it really was. BE SURE TO READ THE FINE PRINT ON THE BACK OF YOUR LIFETIME WARRANT. Mine says they are only required to repaint the first two (2) years. After that, they are only required to bring you a bucket of paint.

It is a pleasure to recommend the services of Rhino Shield of Jacksonville. We built our home in 1999 and have had traditional paint re-applied every 6 years. The expense and weather simply wears out the best of paint. Enter Rhino Shield. Our home is coated with Stucco and had numerous cracks across the exterior and especially around the windows. The installation team expertly repaired and sealed all exterior surfaces and applied the Rhino Shield ceramic coating to waterproof, insulate and beautify our home in January 2015. After more than a year, the local pest prevention company carelessly and thoughtlessly splattered some wall staining chemical on the house which would not wash off! One call to Rhino Shield promptly remedied the problem with their cleaning solution. NO CHARGE!!! Excellent customer care and service! Get a quote. You won't be disappointed!

I contacted Rhino Shield via Angie's List and received a quick call-back.   The sales specialist that came to our home really knew the company's products and was able to answer all our questions.   He measured and gave us an estimate that included a veteran's discount!   We signed the contract on 3/26/16 and were told that we would be contacted for the work within the next two weeks.  
We received a call to schedule the work to begin on 4/1/16 (really quick!).   I had ordered new shutters so was concerned about receiving them on time.  The rep said not to worry that they would work around that.    The crew came on 4/1/16 as scheduled to begin work by pressure washing the house.    Ricardo Rayo was the crew chief, and he introduced himself and handed me a document with his name, and reminders of how the work would proceed as well as a reminder of the amount due at completion.   This was a nice touch, and was appreciated.  
Ricardo led the work efforts and kept me apprised of progress and of plans for the next day.   He was professional and maintained my home and property well.    The crew started with pressure washing, then caulked, then primed.   I was impressed that there was no overspray from the priming and painting through the work.   The shutters came just as they were needed.   Since they were new and raw wood, Ricardo primed them and painted them before mounting them on the front of my home.    They finished up with painting the doors and finish work.   
The house looks great!   We had decided to check into Rhino Shield because my brother-in-law had this applied on his stucco home in West Palm Beach about 10 years ago and it has held up well.    I'm looking forward to many many years of low maintenance on the exterior of my home.

The folks at Rhino Shield are not only CONSUMATE pros, but their product is second to none. All I have to do is pressure wash it to keep the areas clean, and I'm good to go for as long as I own the home.

Professional, timely and job done well

Because we were going to also install 14 new windows in our house, Rhino Shield promised they would return to paint any areas needed after the new windows were installed, i.e., the outside caulking around the window frames and any areas disturbed by the window personnel.  Once the window-work was finished I called Rhino-Shield and there was no problem scheduling the final portion of the job.
 
The work began 3/23/2015 with pressure washing the whole exterior.  Henry Cardona did a thorough job of sealing the cracks in the walls.  Wilson DelRio was most helpful to home owner in finding just the right color tint to enhance our home.  He was patient and understanding wanting me to be happy with the results.  The painters were well trained and worked well together to complete their job in an efficient manner. 
There is one disappointment:  the painters could have been more careful in the clean-up process.  They were careless in disposing some paint. 
I am very pleased with the beauty and quality of the product.  It has certainly enhanced our property and, I feel it has helped keep our house cooler during these hot days. 

During the process there was damage done to my landscaping and my driveway and it was soon discovered after they left they had missed some areas, as well as, some small blistering began and failure to contain the water from running through the decorative trim on my home. At this point, I was told I needed to pay additional money to do some work around some areas. I was charged for these repairs I thought should have been warranted. Here we are six years later and for about the last year and half I have been experiencing more and more blistering, as well as, leakage through decorative trim around certain areas of my home. I have been in contact with Rick Mariano, who seemed to be an honorable guy. Now, I tell Rick it is time to repair what is happening to my home as I am doing some remodeling inside and out. His response was, “Not a problem, me and another guy are going to come over and look at it.” My response was just have a couple of guys fix the damage where your product failed and he insisted on doing it his way. So I met Rick and one of his associates and said, “Do you happen to have somebody that can pressure clean my home and then your guys can fix the areas where your product has failed?” I went on to show him more areas that should have been sealed where water is leaking under causing a major eye sore at my home. My grounds keeper is constantly having to paint over them as they stain my home. I also showed Rick an area where a plant had been removed that apparently had not been painted. Rick said he would get back to me with an estimate for the pressure cleaning. Low and behold, I received a call from Rick. Rick goes on to tell me I have a bid for pressure cleaning. It is $4,800. I quickly realized what Rick had done. Clearly, Rick Mariano, the owner of Rhino Shield in Jacksonville was trying to profit from the failure of his product and workmanship. In the past, the approximate cost to pressure clean my home is roughly $1800. My immediate response was, “I will get my home pressure cleaned, you just send your men to fix the damage.” His response to me was, “Yes, I did build in some money because its only fair that you pay to redo the stucco.” Mind you the stucco was perfect until it was incased in Rhino Shield which entombed it in water where it then dissolved. With this I naturally became enraged and text him, “I will just go ahead and contact the person who awarded you the franchise. Maybe they will see it different.” With that my assistant went on the computer to track the roots of Rhino Shield. She came up with home base in Destin, Florida where we put a call into the company in hopes of resolution. What we encountered was a person by the name of Catherine. As good as she was at running me around, one would assume that I am not the first person to have this problem. She was well rehearsed and a master of “BS.” I kept telling her, “I just want to speak to the owner of Rhino Shield.” She kept insisting that Rick was an independent franchise and no one had control over him. My answer to her was okay, “If I wanted to open a franchise who would I speak to?” I told her I wanted the name of the president of company and she told me that she was not allowed to give that information out. Apparently, she thinks I am as stupid as Rick Mariano does. My assistant immediately went back on the computer finding Steve Dominique, CEO’s contact information. All of a sudden when my assistant contacted this very same girl asking for Mr. Dominique, we encountered an entirely different attitude. It was amazing! Very politely telling me three times to wait that she was going to connect me with the president. This never happened. She came back and said, “We are having phone trouble. Give me your telephone number and I will have him call you right back.” This was early Friday morning January 17, 2014 and here it is Tuesday January 21, 2014 and I’m still waiting for that phone call. This has prompted me to take this further action. I have passed along some pictures just outlining some of my frustration.

RESOLUTION: What I would like is a check for a minimum of $5,000, so I can have a reputable company come in and do the necessary repairs that are visible today. I no longer choose to do business with this company are its franchisees. Should this problem not be resolved immediately, I will involve my attorney and at that point I will demand the entire sum of the job. I believe it was in the neighborhood of $35,000, plus legal fees and damages done to my property during this application which are still evident, as it is obvious that my home will continue to have problems with this product and its application. Rick Mariano, the franchise owner in Jacksonville personally guaranteed me that water would never get passed this product and the multiple times it has. He blames the house. Apparently, after my check was cashed all bets were off.

On a personal note, I wish I had never used this product nor will I ever again. The only positive that has come from this is that I did not use it on both of my dealerships which I was considering.

Our experience with them was really well. We have a three month old daughter, so, I was actually gone most of the time just so she would not be around the fumes and chemicals. My husband was at home because he was still on paternity leave, and he said that it was a good experience. What made it a good experience was the amount of time they put in to get the job finished just because we had a couple of bad weather days, and they were not able to come out, but they made up for it. They showed up early and stayed late just to catch up on time. The price was a little expensive than what we were hoping for.
