The roof came out beautiful, Lou was very personable professional & clear in explaining the process, & was patient with my inquiries. The gentleman who removed my popcorn ceiling was trustworthy, professional, & very nice. He laid plastic down, however I felt like he should've bought a Shop-Vac with him for still had piles of popcorn in the corners of my rooms, on top of my cabinets, paint drippings in my kitchen on my blinds, & still dust left on the floors & on my counters. With me working afternoon to nights, I don't have a lot of time to be cleaning up, and it took me awhile to get paint dust or whatever off the tops of my silver glazed walls, and everything else I stated. After both of our hard work, I'm satisfied, it looks beautiful!

I scheduled an appointment and a project manager came out named Vahn assessed the damages told me he could get me approved for a new roof and got it done within 2 weeks I was approved and had a new roof no leaks and it looks amazing thank you

My Wife was always pestering me about replacing the roof, but I was tight on money so I tarped alot of areas on the roof myself. My wife reached out to one of her friends and told me that her son worked at a roofing company and can help us through insurance. I haven't gone to insurance before and I did repairs my own, I decided to contact him and start a claim but only if he walked me through the process. Great guy and I enjoyed working with him, he explained everything to me and kept me updated all the way through. Long story short, got a new roof and my wife is happy! Happy wife happy life!

Got a few prices from other companies but when rhino came out they gave me a price and tried to see what they could do as far as options went. i wanted best product and service. they gave it to me new Gaf shingles with a 50 yr material warranty. my home is now watertight and my daughters love it they left a review as well thank you

It went well, spoke with Vahn, he helped get an estimate, and proceeded to bring in workers to get get the roof done in a timely manner.

The company did a great job on my father's roof. Paperwork was cared for by Mr.Vahn and we did not have to worry about insurance not covering it. Long overdue for replacement and very professional work.
