Poor workmanship. Very amatuer operation. Renato left job after 1 hour and did not return until end of day. Workers were very unprofessional with seemingly limited ability and experience. Jobsite was left a mess since they hadn't properly used tarps or plastic protective sheeting and didn't bring any way to clean up or show any interest in doing so. I cleaned it up myself. RFM was made to come back to address sloppy caulking around all windows and remove caulk and foam from porch, brickwork, window frames. They left for lunch and were gone 4 hours before I told them not to return. Fatima told me many things that turned out to be untrue and made appointments that were not kept. 4 of the 11 windows cannot be operated properly due to improper installation which will now have to be corrected by a third party serviceman. Update in response to RFM denial of having done the work: They were contracted by Home Depot. Both Renato and Fatima were on site on a few occasions so their "have no record" is BS. HD told me they use RFM simply because there are no other choices and that they have to go behind them often to fix errors.

I ended up finding this company through a Home Depot service when they replaced my windows. They did such an excellent job that I ended up hiring them back for more services. They are extremely nice, considerate, and professional. They are on time and do a professional job. If you’re looking for a company to do work around your home they are the go to.
