Marble and Granite Service, Countertop and Backsplash Service
I ordered the countertop on November 1st. They cut the wrong pattern granite and tried to get me to accept that telling me it cost more money. They then said that since they had cut the wrong material, it would be 2 weeks before they could install it. That was fine. Then they called me 2 days later and said they needed to install it now or their schedule would be messed up. They did not keep several appointments with me and when they finally came the owner of the firm and the salesman spent the entire afternoon at my property, waiting for the crew to finish the job so they could get the check. They were aggressive and unprofessional with me. I would never hire them again.
