Nathan was great. He went above and beyond. Painted the full interior. He measured every room and gave me a reasonable quote.. I have an older home. The walls had some flaws that were repaired. The house looks fabulous. Would definitely recommended.

Nathan one of the two Brothers that own the Company came to my Condo to do measurements to give an estimate. He was the only one of 5 companies I called to do that, the others just looked around. He painstakingly measured angles and cutouts to make sure he would not be charging me for areas that were not there (all room are not square boxes) He was very precise are patient in answering my Merida of questions. He had a peaceful and settling presence about him that gave me a confidence I was dealing with a professional. Of the three estimates I received ( from the 5, I contacted). One was ridiculously high, one was unbelievably low, his was Exactly what I had expected to be paying, I am a retire General contractor. Remedy Painting Solutions did a great job on the Exterior painting of my house. It was completed quickly, and with high quality. The owners were easy to communicate with, and very responsive on all aspects. The customer service provided was exceptional. From the initial estimate request, thru the completion of the job, Chris and Nathan were hands on, and did multiple in person walkthroughs, and quickly resolved the touch-ups and clean-up needed. This was a really great overall experience, and I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for painting services

I hired Remedy Painting Solutions to paint my house trim, gutters, downspouts, and front doors (double doors). The owners were very friendly, personable, understanding, and knowledgeable. The painters were very good and paid attention to detail. I couldn't be happier!! I highly recommend Remedy Painting Solutions!!

Remedy Painting Solutions is simply the best and finest painting company I've ever dealt with. Put it this way - the owner is now a personal friend and fishing buddy. Hire Remedy with confidence!

Unfortunately, the customer service lacked. While I appreciate there are limitations with Covid, we were told we would have 3 painters and most days only had one, with max of 2. Painting was to take 3 days and took 5. Saw the owner on the first day and one other day with limited notice. At the end of it, there were some areas I had to personally touch up where you could see the old paint. That should not have been the case. They were also supposed to fix a final area (a bad patch job, not smooth at all) and decided never to respond after agreeing to correct. The painter was nice and pleasant, but overall service lacked from the business.

Family-owned business puts up a good front and are easy to work with. The estimate was almost spot on, but one room I wanted painted did not get done. My complaint is the crew did not take off a single wall switch or outlet plate and got paint on them. I even asked if I should take them off first! There is paint in my cabinets also. The house looks great, but these minor details I must clean up can kill what could have been a 5star review. The thing that really irritated me was stuff went missing. Nothing of value, but was not to be taken out. One of them was a small stash of supplies for painting and repairing holes in the wall, which I suppose could have has been mistaken for theirs but it was put in a corner of the kitchen counter. The other was the hand soap bottles in each bathroom and kitchen. Why? Lastly, there were kids running wild thru my house while the crew was working. I made it clear I did not want kids in my house when they came over to walk thru before work started. I came over to see the progress and sure enough there were kids in my house.
