DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Reliant put our roof on 7 years ago. They were pleasant to work with THEN. Since 2017, they have been out to repair poor workmanship leaks several times on different areas of my roof. Last week I called them to request a repair on yet another leak around my chimney - the same leak they fixed in 12/23. It took several days to get someone to answer the phone. I left three voice mails and sent emails. I finally got someone on the phone. Her name was Danielle. She said Reliant was no longer doing roof repairs. What?!? She also notified me that my warranty was no longer valid. When I inquired as to why, she took my information and said she would contact her VP and call me back. We called her two additional times to follow up and she said she would call us back. She never did. Later I found out that my other warranty with them was also no longer valid. No one from Reliant informed me that both of my warranties were no longer being honored. I had to find out AFTER

I had roof damage due to hurricane IRMA. Reliant fit me in as soon as they could and finished the job on time.

Reliant did our entire roof. Our home is quite large, 6000 sq ft In Queens Harbour., Jacksonville.They were totally professional and I was pleased that we selected them.

Reliant was professional, timely, and communicative throughout the entire process. The estimate was provided before the end of the initial visit and inspection, and the estimator provided a through and informative presentation and booklet. The second visit was for a detailed measurement by part of the installation team to make sure everything was accurate which is a good thing since they have to make it come together at the end. Once the material came in they were quick to set up the installation. The installation had to occur over two days since the first day did not start until around noon. The team was professional, did a nice job, and cleaned up well after the work was completed. The hurricane shutters fit and operated as expected. Overall we are very pleased with the work and highly recommend Reliant for Hurricane shutter work.

Reliant is the most dependable roofing company I've worked with. Communication is very important and they excelled. Very reliable showing up for sales appointments. I understood what work would be done and possible extra work such as plywood replacement. All paperwork and permitting was handled by Reliant staff. They provided a check list and video to prepare me for the re-roofing. I knew when the material would be delivered and when the dumpster would arrive several days ahead of delivery. The work was completed in one day. Next day 3 Reliant supervisors inspected the roof before the city inspector's approval. They provided the home inspector for the wind mitigation inspection which I sent to my insurance provider for a premium discount. They had my paver driveway pressure washed after the work was completed. It was all good.

They helped us with ever step from calling the insurance carrier, being there when the insurance adjuster came out and even checking after work was completed. They worked with insurance to get proper coverage providing local and state codes for compliance. Very happy with our new roof ð

Overall great experience with Reliant... we were very impressed with their professionalism, the constant communication, and the quality of work. We have used other roofing companies in the past and I would say none of them compare with this company. They are one of the larger roofing contractors in town, and I see why they have grown to the size they are. Each person we dealt with was always quick to respond and very friendly. Very nice thank you package sent to us in the mail as well. Would definitely hire them again.

Very professional. Good job. Very good workers. On time and did not play around. Had new roof put on after they finished would not know they had been there.

I had the best client service manager anyone could possibly have in Jessica Danisavage and the quality of work and integrity of the company exceeded my expectations. The other best thing I can say is they do ALL the heavy lifting which is something i so desperately needed but didn't realize it. Can't say enough about them, truly.

My roof hasn t even been installed yet and I can tell you Reliant Roofing has been impressive from the moment I contacted them. Michael Clark has diligently worked with me and provided absolutely excellent customer service. He explained everything from A-Z, answered my questions in a very timely manner, and made sure Reliant was working closely with my homeowner s insurance company to be sure every detail was taken care of. I have been extremely impressed with his level of communication and keeping me in the loop at every step, even anticipating my needs and questions. I thoroughly researched many roofing companies before choosing Reliant; reading reviews, and speaking with a number of customers. Reliant cane out on top every time and now I see why. Once the roof is completed, I ll write another review!

By far the best experience I have ever had with any contractor. Probably the best trained professionals I have ever worked with. John Waugh did the inspection and presentation and Hector Aranda the project Manager are amazing. The crew was well trained and worked great. The end of the day, the jobsite was cleaner when they got here. You can rely on Reliant!!

They worked with the insurance company which I had no experience with. They completed the roof in one day. They cleaned up afterwards and even had my driveway pressure washed. They exceeded my expectations.

Working with Reliant was incredibly easy. Everyone was prompt with scheduling and professional. My first communication with John was very enjoyable and seamless when setting up the estimate and choosing the right roofing product for my house. There was little effort on my part while Amanda was handling the production and process. I cannot praise high enough how incredible Project Manager Hector and his team worked to remove my old roof and install the new shingles. Such a fantastic job! Once complete, Michael had a great eye in providing the finishing aesthetics to my roof and final touch. The Reliant team worked so well together and that gave me such a sense of reassurance throughout the process from start to finish. I cannot recommend a more polished company than Reliant, I m extremely happy thankful to have worked with them!

Totally satisfied. Everyone at Reliant (staff and labor) was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional before, during, and after the project. 2400 sq. ft. of hip roofing only took 2-1/2 days from start to finish (with no time wasted). Excellent value at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
