Reigning Cats and Dogs is a wonderful petsitting service. Carolyn sent me photos and text updates after every visit. Her pricing is very reasonable. I felt very comfortable giving her a key to my house and having her in my house. I highly recommend her.

No one could ask for anyone better to care for their pups.  From the first meet/greet to the ongoing service, I couldn't have asked for anyone better.  I travel for work and have to leave the pups 3 to 4 days a week.  Carolyn comes twice a day to walk, feed and love them.  I have an older dog with health issues and Carolyn has gone above and beyond to care for her.  She even provides a little journal so when I come home I get an update on the week and how they did.  She sends photos throughout the week also!  She provides such loving care of them I can't imagine leaving them with anyone else.
You can count on her to be reliable, caring person who will treat your family as her own.  I am truly blessed to have found her to take care of my babies!!!!

Reigning Cats and Dogs provides exemplary pet-sitting service. During the initial meet & greet, she professionally and sincerely took time to understand my cat's and my needs and preferences. She knew all the right questions to ask! I felt at ease immediately, and Romeo immediately responded to her gentle petting and scratching.
During her visits, she conscientiously texted me with adorable pictures and updates to let me know all was well. I felt relieved that a caring and professional person was not only feeding and providing fresh water, but also cuddling, grooming, and playing with my cat. She also cleaned the litter box regularly.
I had a couple schedule changes, and she graciously rearranged her schedule to accommodate last minute changes. I was so thankful, because with her quality of service she must be very busy. It demonstrated that she truly cares about the pets she takes care of.
She spends 30 minutes during each visit, and her rates are reasonable and competitive.

This is the second time i hired Carolyn to catsit.  She is thorough and takes excellent care of my cats.  After contacting Caroyln, she came by and picked up a house key and talked about specifics of taking care of cats.  We were gone for approximately five days.  She always text and sent pictures after visiting them for one hour per day.

Carolyn has been taking care of my two fur-babies since we moved to Jacksonville two years ago. Even with very little notice she has been able to visit them, sometimes twice a day. My only complaint is that she spoils them -- like a grandparent or favorite aunt would do! Only kidding, but she regularly sends pictures interacting with the two of them, when they rarely even come out when people come to visit. Not only that, she empties litter and even cleans up accidents when they have eaten too fast and throw up. 
This time was only a weekend, but I have left them in her care for a week at a time, and I swear they don't even miss me. I would enthusiastically recommend Carolyn to anyone needing any kind of care with any furry member of a family. They instantly become members of her family and are treated as such.

I contacted Carolyn a week before leaving town.  She contacted me back right away and conveyed her love of animals.  She was great.  She came to my house and we talked about the cats.  We had recently adopted a cat family so we are a multi-cat household. She was thorough in gathering information about the cats as well as details.  One of our cats can only eat canned food and another needed medication. She met each one and she was warm and caring.  While we were away, she also brought out in our mail, made our bed, and brought in our garbage can.  She text me each day with pictures of the cats and updates.  I did not worry.  I will use her again.

Carolyn has cared for our 12 yr old Pomeranian Rocky for the last year, a combination of daily / weekly walks and some overnights when we travel. She does a phenomenal job! Rocky looks forward to her visits and I can tell you that she provides great care. If your dog is like a member of your family (and Rocky is), its worth it to have a professional taking care of them when you can't. I highly recommend Carolyn.
