REDLINE SERVICES

I called Redline when my computer monitor stopped working after I returned from an out of town business trip.  I'd already done most of the stuff you can do yourself, like checking that everything was plugged in and turned on.  I fooled around with trouble shooting programs and online advice for about two hours then gave up.  Redline's tech came over within two hours of my phone call and although he could not fix the monitor (had to be returned to the manufacturer for a "blown port"), they did get all my other equipment properly functioning and networked.  The tech was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. 
The owner of Redline Services followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work performed; when I mentioned that I had not been able to find a cable that the tech said I needed he had the tech come back, at no additional charge, and try to find a cable that would work in the other port on my monitor.  That didn't work out either - but that wasn't their fault ... this is just a weird monitor.  The tech spent another two hours, at no charge, to try to get the monitor working.  I appreciate that kind of service and dedication to problem solving.  Redline is my personal and business computer expert from here on in.
