Raymond's Tile

Promotes himself all over town. He will be great on the phone to get the job but once he's paid, it's over. This one job already has more than a half dozen areas of completely missing grout in under two weeks not to mention uneven surfaces of up to 1/2 inch, completely crooked tile sheet placement, every tile set near the drain is off, etc. He blamed it all on his partner Duane. When I asked him to come back out, he was very amicable and said he would fix it. Then days passed. Then he said he had "bigger and better" jobs to do. Then finally he said he didn't like my tone so he wasn't coming out at all (which of course is exactly the game he plays). One of his more crude and final text messages to me stated, "Go f*ck ur dead mother". (still saved on my phone) Seems unnecessary and odd. Incest aside, mostly because my mother is still living. Again, I would not hire this person. Of course, in the meantime, I get to guess whether he actually plans to come back and vandalize my home as promised.
