About us
The Pony Express introduced mail & messenger service to the west back in 1860. Rapid Courier introduced Courier and messenger service services to North East Florida on a trial bases in 2006. We went full time in 2007. Rapid Courier was started by an Assistant Fire Chief who was working long hours and making many trips out of town for meetings and training. It was difficult to complete the daily errands with his schedule. He also talked to friends and associates who had the same dilemma. A courier and errand service for busy professionals, families, single parents & travelers was started. Although our primary delivery area is from San Marco to northern St. Johns county and Orange Park, we pick up and deliver packages throughout Jacksonville & Northeast Florida. Out of town deliveries are also available within a 150 mile radius. Some of the items we transport are: Architectural Plans Legal Documents Mortgage and closing papers Real Estate papers Promotional items for meetings Office supplies & small equipment. Pick up & delivery of small packages and paperwork. Pick up / drop off of small equipment for repair. (Delivery of home project items and landscape items as mulch, sod and such items that won't fit into your vehicle is available in a 5 mile radius of Mandarin only).
