R and R electric was more honest and ethical vs. another big name Jax company who told me the lines could not be repaired and I needed a full rewire at a cost of $4400. I will only use R and R going forward.
"Unfortunately, we have not yet been contacted by the homeowner regarding this issue. As always, it is important that we be apprised of situations like this as soon as possible so that we can remedy the situation. I have spoken personally with both the electrician and the helper who completed this work, and both insisted that they have not nor would they ever even consider taking something of value from someone's home. The electrician in question has worked for us for nearly ten years and I have never had anything but positive feedback regarding his interaction with customers. His helper is a young man who we hired at 17 and has now been with the company for 6 years, and again I have never had a complaint filed against him. I trust them both completely. Additionally, I would like to add that all of my employees know our policy regarding theft. Our policy is that theft, either from a customer, another company, or our company, will result in immediate termination and prosecution to the full extent of the law. I have been a victim of theft before and know that there is nothing more frustrating than being the victim of a crime.
