Matthew the electrician from R&R is a very knowledgeable person. He was on-time and went straight to work. He is a true professional and asset to R&R. I would definitely hire R&R for all my electrical needs.

We have use this company for a number of years. The most recent visit in December and January 9,2018 went extremely well. The techs were very professional and worked in a timely manner. They arrived as scheduled and did the worked requested. The house is old and the wired door bell had not been working for many years after finding the root of the problem it was fixed . My wife and I are older and rely on honesty and fair pricing. I highly recommended this company and will use them for all my electrical needs.

I was trying to coordinate the electricians' appointment with two other contractors and R&R did their best to accommodate the schedule request. The electricians arrived right on time and worked quickly with the others to get the circuits run were needed. I am having R&R back to install new circuits for a bedroom addition soon.

R and R electric was more honest and ethical vs. another big name Jax company who told me the lines could not be repaired and I needed a full rewire at a cost of $4400. I will only use R and R going forward.

Joel and Jerry arrived right on time. They were very polite and professional. They completed their work quickly (about 15-20 minutes) and cleaned up the area they worked in. I am very happy with their work and I would happily use R and R Electric's services again.

THIS COMPANY IS AWESOME!! WE HAVE ONLY USED THIS ELECTRICIAN FOR YEARS (LIKE 20), THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT, COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY, ETC. THEY NOT ONLY DO SMALL JOBS LIKE THE ONE ABOVE, BUT THEY INSTALL WHOLE HOUSE GENERATORS WHEN NO OTHER ELECTRICIANS WOULD. WE LOVE THESE PEOPLE AND RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL WE COME IN CONTACT WITH. The workers were very fast and expedient. Not sure how to really rate the professionalism but notice something of value missing in the bathroom the day after service was completed, so will not use them again at the point. If it wasn't for that, I would use them again.

"Unfortunately, we have not yet been contacted by the homeowner regarding this issue. As always, it is important that we be apprised of situations like this as soon as possible so that we can remedy the situation. I have spoken personally with both the electrician and the helper who completed this work, and both insisted that they have not nor would they ever even consider taking something of value from someone's home. The electrician in question has worked for us for nearly ten years and I have never had anything but positive feedback regarding his interaction with customers. His helper is a young man who we hired at 17 and has now been with the company for 6 years, and again I have never had a complaint filed against him. I trust them both completely. Additionally, I would like to add that all of my employees know our policy regarding theft. Our policy is that theft, either from a customer, another company, or our company, will result in immediate termination and prosecution to the full extent of the law. I have been a victim of theft before and know that there is nothing more frustrating than being the victim of a crime. The two electricians were very presentable. They were clean shaven and had reasonable hair cuts. Both men were business-like and friendly. It was a very good experience from when they pulled into the driveway on time. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix the problem. This issue also resolved the second issue I had. The older gentleman was very knowledgeable and explained things well. He was able to determine the wiring in the home was the original wiring and assured me it was of a very good quality and would meet today's standards. They were first class and top of the line. Their pricing was very fair and when they finished they asked if there was anything else an electrician could do. They informed me they were billing me for an hour of labor and we did a walk through of the home for the last 15 minutes to see if anything else was in need of attention. I would not hesitate in a minute to use them again or recommend them to anyone.

When I called Rand R Electric of North Florida, it felt like they don't care. They cancel appointments without letting you know it. They make an appointment when it is convenient for them only. They just don't seem to care.
