R&D LANDSCAPING - do not use them.....for your HOA. Recently Ownership changed and they have done a horribly job in my neighborhood. The contract was only partially followed, jobs are only half done, owners reported damages, over 120 complains and we had to put them on 30 day notice. Still things got only worse. They pulled a very experienced crew out of our neighborhood, who know what to do per contractual agreement, replaced them with a totally untrained staff and all **** broke loose. Communication where a problem, as these were folks who did not have a good command of the English language. Management send verbally abusive emails to our complaints and now they are OUT ! Beware, we cannot recommend them at all.

They did an excellent job. All of the items and services we contracted for were completed without any wasted time and were done for the cost we were told it would be. We would recommend this company. They are reasonably priced, professional, and they cleaned up after the job was done.
