We entered into a professional contract to install luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring with Quality Flooring in 2021. Approx. 1 year later, our flooring failed, without the ability to repair. This failure was a direct result of the installation completed by Quality Flooring. We have 2 inspection reports (by licensed professionals), both confirming that Quality Flooring did not install the flooring correctly. They did not properly level our subfloors before the install of the new LVP. Nor did they leave enough expansion space between walls and/or other objects. This goes directly against what is within the manufacturer guidelines for proper installation. With all of this information in the hands of Quality Flooring, they did not offer to assist us in anyway. We attempted, several times, to negotiate some type of compromise with Quality Flooring but was offered nothing. In fact, the Owner stated that he is cutting all communication off and would not discuss anything further. This left us no choice but to take legal action. We went through a long and unnecessary legal battle, for Mr. Milea to eventually settle on an amount we offered. This, in no way, covers the expenses that we incurred to replace the floors or the anguish we were put through during this process. This is, by far, the worst experience we have ever experienced with any company. We regret ever giving the opportunity to Quality Flooring.

Quality Flooring did a great job with our bedroom floor. TJ was extremely helpful as we worked to pick out the right flooring, and the installation went smoothly. When we noticed a very minor issue afterwards, they came back and took care of it. We're very pleased with our new floor and would definitely hire them again.

Great experience with Quality Flooring. The sales guy, Jim, was super nice and responsive and the install team, led by Alex, was fantastic. They did such a great job, especially on the transitions and marrying the new hardwood with our existing. They were courteous and professional. Highly recommend :)

We started working with QF by Frank Milea back in the September time frame.  Its a little frustrating that you have to go up to their showroom just to get the process started.  So we went in on a weekend, met with someone who then came out to our house, took measurements and got us a quote after the time in which it was originally promised.  We felt that the design assistance was pretty lacking.  Their installer was good but you better go into the showroom knowing what you want, don't look there for help with design/color assistance as I think you may be disappointed.  Anyway, we went through a few rounds of quotes before agreeing on a price and scheduling the install.. During this phase of the process, the biggest issue I had was responsiveness of the Sales Rep.  He never responded to any email, even when I responded to the ones he sent me!  I always had to call and follow up, he was never calling me to follow up - it just seemed like a lot of effort on our part to get it this far..
Friday, November 6th was the install date.  I called our rep the day before to ask when the installer would contact us to confirm things for Friday and I was told "don't worry he'll call at the end of his work day, but if he doesn't just expect him at 9:30 AM on Friday" - OK.. So I took Friday off to wait on our tile guy who never called Thursday evening.  9:30 came and went, we called and were told he was stuck on another job that apparently ran over.. Really?!.. So after another heated discussion, they promised my wife they were "pulling him off the big job to be at our house by 12 PM".. Great, so now we were way behind for the day.. He finally arrived at 12:30 PM.. Took a look at our fireplace and then began the debate on what he could/could not do.  We needed him to blend in the new stone with the old so it did not look like he just filled in a square.. The sales rep knew all of this, but the installer said there was no way he could do it and even if he could he did not have enough stone!! We asked if he could re-use some of the stone that he pulled off of our wall to blend in and after phone calls to his sales rep and back and forths he agreed to try our suggested approach and it worked!  So, day one he managed to frame out the area and install the stone for the fireplace.  He had to come back on Saturday to do our backsplash which meant my wife had to miss our daughter's soccer game.. Anyway, the installer showed up as agreed Saturday but then informed us that he could NOT install the tile on diagonals because our sales rep ordered tile that was too big!! Seriously?! We gave the sales rep a picture from the internet on the design we wanted!  How more specific can you possibly be than say - replicate this picture in OUR kitchen!  My wife decided to go ahead with the tile that was brought to us anyway because we did not want to drag this process out any further at this point.  Overall the installation was very nice, the work looks good, we just wish we got exactly what we wanted instead of having to settle slightly..
So, to sum it up.. The sales process is not the most convenient and you don't get much design assistance.  Expect to follow up frequently with your sales person to get things across the finish line.  The scheduling issue we experienced was very inconvenient because like most people, we work for a living and have to juggle schedules when we have people come do work at our house during the week and for someone to show up over 3 hours late is maddening.  Ordering the wrong tile or not telling us that the install we wanted could not be done with the tile available was just carelessness in our opinion.
We were happy with the quality of work, its just many other things prevented it from being as positive an experience as it could have been.

Lucas and his crew were punctual, friendly, and efficient, but above all they were real craftsmen.  The job ended up taking a couple of days longer than originally quoted, but only because the installers were such perfectionists.  They did not cut corners and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction.  We were extremely pleased with the end result.  Don't know why we didn't have it done 15 years ago!

Very pleased with complete installation of hardwood and carpet. Found Mr. Milea to be very professional, punctual and helpful in coming to my home to make suggestions on the installation of the hardwood. The guys that installed the hardwood were at my home right at the time they said they would be there and were very professional. Was also pleased with their work ethics. The same goes for the carpet guys.

I called Quality Flooring for an estimate on 01/17/2015.  John Milea answered the call and arrived in our home within an hour to measure and to show us samples. Based on my conversation, he brought a couple of wood and tile samples in color range discussed for us to see.  Within 24 hours, we received estimates for both hardwood and tile.  We continued to ?shop around? and received a quote from another company for similar products.  Choosing Quality Flooring was a no brainer.  They beat the competitor by far.  We drove to the showroom on 01/21/2015 to make final tile and hardwood selections.  The showroom was amazing.  Their sales staff was very informative and helped assist in choosing the tiles to compliment the hardwood selection and our kitchen.   While in the showroom, they were able to confirm if products were in stock to help with scheduling.  We contracted them right away.  On 01/26/2015, John delivered the hardwood to acclimate to the house temperature. He and his crew started the tile on 01/28/15.  Hardwood install started on 01/29/15.  The total job was complete in 3-1/2 days on 01/31/15.  Entire process from start to finish took only 2 weeks.  John and his crew were extremely professional and did an amazing job. Quality Flooring is a family owned business.  We recommend Quality Flooring to anyone looking for a job well done at a great price.  We were lucky that our selections were in stock and their staffing schedule allowed a quick turnaround.  We understand every job is different however you will not go wrong if you choose Quality Flooring.

While at the showroom, we met owner, Frank Milea.  Frank, thank you for having a wonderful staff. Special THANKS to your brother John and his crew for a job WELL DONE.

I liked the whole sales process. They were very helpful in terms of letting us take samples home and working with us to get exactly what we wanted. The installation was on time and as promised. It was very good. Their prices were just average. They weren't outstandingly low but they weren't too high. The only thing I didn't like about them is their location but it really can't be helped.

Was good about responding to my phone calls, came an measured for the amount of carpeting I needed at a convenient time for me.  Comparison pricing, he was by far the best.  Team that came to lay the carpet were professional, punctual and pleasant to deal with.  Left no mess behind.  I was very happy with their service, was the second time I have used them.

Jim in Sales was extremely helpful in explaining wood floor options. Old floor removal was quick and the guys were careful not to damage existing baseboards and kitchen cabinetry. David and the rest of the installation crew did a great job installing and cleaning up at the end of the project. Jim was again helpful when we had a plumbing leak not long after installation was complete. He advised us correctly how to minimize damage to the wood flooring and thankfully he advised against ripping it out. Within a few days of using dehumidifiers, the floor settled down and still looks like new. I love my new floors!

They did a fabulous job for us and their pricing was very reasonable. They were on time and were prompt in getting work done. The work was completed when they said it would be and when we needed a call back they were willing to come back and take care of  a couple of minor issues for us. We had good luck with them. The quality of the flooring as well as the quality of the workmanship both were excellent.
