We sincerely apologize for that and can assure you that is not the normal manner which our very professional salespeople conduct themselves. Please understand that the Holiday Season is a busy one, both professionally and personally, for everyone. "Unfortunately, this was not the run around. In various parts of Jacksonville, we had several weeks of high winds and heavy down pours that made everything really difficult, for weeks, to schedule jobs and warranty work. We were finally able to get a service tech to our customers home, which was followed up by a visit from the Manager of QDR. We are working to improve all procedures of which this is one. Although we are pleased that we received an overall rating of a B, we certainly are not happy because we did not earn an A rating. All of the issues you had with that crew will be discussed with the crew leader, who does speak both English and Spanish. He will also receive a copy of your review. At Quality Discount Roofing we are striving to be the best roofer in the region, every year. We thoroughly understand what is required to achieve this goal.
