From the quoting process, working with Mariah, to the installation with Washington, everything went well and exceeded my expectations. Getting the granite countertop to it’s final location upstairs, Washington had to call for extra help. Three additional men showed up and completed the job very quickly. Everything looks great, the price was well below the big box home improvement stores and the entire Quality Countertop team was very professional, courteous, and easy to work with. We have done a number of home improvement/updating projects this year which have included replacing all of our kitchen and breakfast bar surfaces. One of the best experiences we had was with the team at Quality Countertops. I received a total of five bids and after doing extensive due diligence we chose Quality Countertops. The sales staff was amazing (I believe we worked with Fernanda); she spent a great deal of time explaining the differences between surfaces and costs. She didn't push us into anything - she just want to make sure we got what we wanted. Not only did the quality appear to be the best (we were able to select the slabs we wanted our counters cut from) their quote was the lowest we had. The estimator sent to draw the design measured no less than 5 times. The crew that installed the surfaces were on time, very polite and did a great job of cleaning up. The job looks perfect and was done right the first time - there was no punch list, no corrections. Of all our experiences it was probably the best we have had.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB

Great.... best stone countertop company I have ever used in the past 25 years.

First mistake the installers never turned off the water under the master bathroom sink. Second mistake they never checked to find the main water turn off value before the job was started. Ten minutes into the job, the installers broke a pipe underneath the master bedroom sink. So, immediately tons of water starts pouring out onto my floor. Now the installers are running around yelling and have no clue how to stop this water. Luckily, my wife took off work that day, so she immediately knew how to shut the water off. She immediately ran to the garage and turned the main water value off. At this point, maybe 30 seconds of continuous water came out into my bathroom. After a few hours, the guys cleaned all the water up. Then the guys installed all the granite and told my wife they were finished. I got home a few hours later. I went in and looked at ever area. Three of the five cuts of granite were 3/4 inch too short. So they filled the areas, right where the granite meets the wall with caulking. We did not want backslash, from the beginning, so the gap was really noticeable and looked terrible. There solution was to hide the gap by installing backsplash, but we didn't like the way it looked and wanted to put up tile backsplash like our original plan. So we had a problem, we called and wanted Diego to come out and talk to us. After many attempts, he never came out and refused to talk to us on the phone. Finally, the original installer called us back, and said they could come out remeasure one day and five weeks later redo the entire project. We declined , paid them about 80 percent of what we owned them, and said that we never want to see them again. Two weeks after they left, I noticed in three of four areas a yellowish mark in the granite. I can't removed it and it didn't come from any items we put on it because there were no items on it for the whole time. So all areas screwed up and tons of water in my bathroom floor, and the owner doesn't even want to talk to me on the phone. Diego told my wife how great they were and all this great stuff about them. Never use this company.

Quality workmanship and great service

They were easy to schedule with and easy to work with. They were willing to correct mistakes and the price was good. The only thing is that the cut on the sink was wrong and there were few other little things that when they were installing it I brought up but then the installers were kind of low to do anything at the moment so I had to kind of go back with the company a few times which they were find correcting them. I guess it was just that the installers were slightly difficult to communicate with. I just don’t want to sound like it’s a language issue that was the problem. The actual owners were fine. The owners were very professional but again the installers were not easy to deal with.

Diego and his team could not have been more professional and better trained. He bailed us out of a very bad situation. Every date and timeline was met exactly. What ever Diego said he was going to do, he did! If there was a grade evaluation higher than "A", Diego and Quality Countertops deserves it.

The men worked efficiently.  They were professional and knew how to get the job done.  The staff at Quality was very helpful and the experience with them was very favorable.

This company was one of the most amazing service providers that we had the pleasure of doing business.  From the estimates, to the quotes, to the picking out the granite and sink through the installation and follow up care.  We liked them so much, we had them replace bathroom countertops in three rooms.

My wife is very demanding on quality and this company stood up to their business name.  We can't say enough about the entire team from Quality.  From the owners (who work in the shop) to the technicians; engineering, demo and installation all were a pleasure to deal with.  The great thing about this was the price.  Much better then Home Depot or Lowe's with much better service.

We had a somewhat large kitchen and easily saved a couple of thousand compared to the big brick stores.  This was an experience that we will never forget and that other providers will be judged against.  Really the BEST reno we ever did thanks to Quality Countertop.

Diego and his associates were great.  One of the things that I appreciate the most is punctuality.  They were on time, very professional, got right to work and cleaned up behind themselves. I love my new countertops and back splash.  It is just like having a new kitchen.  The whole process was very easy due to Diego and his associates.  I will definitely keep them in mind for my bathroom project.
