Dealing with Joe Y. the Regional Service Manager was a real treat. He was very knowledgeable about the product being used and took the time to thoroughly explain the process. He was on time, very polite and courteous. Pure Maintenance should be proud to have him as an employee! This dry fogging is a relatively new treatment but Joe made us feel very confident we were making the right choice!

A+... I feel that my house is now safe from mold and has a protective coating against future growth. Very impressed with Joe as the estimate person and the technician doing the work. This relatively new process (12 years) of using INSTAPURE to fog the home and walls and then EVERPURE to coat the ceilings, walls and floor, will be the main method people will use in the future. Very happy.
