Joseph was awesome, friendly and understood my needs! He exspained everything he was doing and why. Made recommendations as far as my chickens that free range and being safe. From 1 to 5 I give him a 10. I only want him to service my house, I was very comfortable with him and felt at totally at ease!!!!

Customer service rep Leonardo Baez was great. He walked me through the plans to help me decide what was best for me. Dave the tech came out, took pictures what he did and took notes. I received emails of pictures and notes. I can fell and see the difference in bugs in one week. I can't wait to sit in my yard without the mosquitoes.

After my initial service the very next day my son's room was infested with ants and we never had issues on there. Call the management team multiple times no one has called me back and days yet my son can't even sleep in his room. Would not recommend to anyone.
