Outstanding from start to finish.

I spoke with Matt on the phone and scheduled an estimate. He arrived on time and was very friendly. He was one of those people I instantly liked and told my husband if the price was right, we would hire him. Matt's estimate was delivered on time and the price point was exactly what we were expecting. We hired him and he was able to start work that following Monday.
He showed up on time and worked very thoroughly throughout the house. It was just him the 2 days he was completing drywall finishing, but he patiently fixed all the stuff my husband and I had tried to DIY (and it wasn't good, which was why we needed to hire a professional!), and made it look fantastic. He made the boo-boos look amazing and had a positive attitude while he worked. I'll be priming and painting my walls this week and I can tell from the finishing that they will look fantastic.
I strongly recommend Matt for future projects! I have him coming back next week for cabinet refinishing/painting and can't wait to see the job he'll do. He is a professional, courteous, and friendly guy and it was a joy to work with him. I will be contacting him FIRST for our future rehab needs.

Matt came and looked at the house. The shutter paint was peeling from my four year old house. The paint used was a special kind that allowed the grain of the wood to show through. Matt took samples and did all of the leg work to find the right color and type of paint needed. He removed all of the peeling paint, treated the shutters and repainted them. Matt painted the balcony railing and removed residue from the stone. The front doors were also restained.
Two visits were made to the house. The first was to look at the job and give me an estimate. Matt showed up as scheduled and sent me the estimate on the designated date. I scheduled the work to be done and Matt and his crew showed up as scheduled and finished the work the same day.

It was great. Matt showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. His crew was required to work around other contractors and did a great job. It took his crew several days to complete the work. This job was done for my adult children. I was so impressed that I hired Matt to do the exterior of my home the following week. I will write a separate review for that.
