water on the carpet and his extractor did not work because he left the
carpets SOAKING WET! I complained but he said the carpets would be dry
but they were not dry even twelve hours later, with the air conditioner
set at 70 degrees and ceiling fans going. Also, I used my carpet
cleaner to extract at least two full recovery containers of dirty water
from the carpet that he left!!!
