It is my honor to recommend Prime Roofing to anyone who is in need of a new roof. This company is by far the most honest, professional, courteous and ethical home improvement company I have ever dealt with. After having a few disappointing projects done in the past I was very apprehensive in dealing with a roofing company. Well, my fears were relieved when I found Prime Roofing. Andrew came to my home and we discussed everything on my list and he answered all of my questions (and I had many); he explained anything I did not understand. After I decided to go with Prime for the project, every email, phone call, question or fear I had was addressed by Andrew every step of the way. One of the reason I chose Prime was because there was no "high pressure" sales. Andrew discussed what he thought I needed and what he thought I did not need, then left the decision up to me. He was so patient in explaining the process and answering numerous questions. The crew who installed the roof worked very hard and did an amazing job. Garrett was the young man who delivered some supplies and returned to do an inspection; Adam was the last of the gentleman to come to my home and he too was cordial and professional. These guys really know what they are doing and the "golden rule" is evident in their actions. In addition, Alexa, the young lady in the office was such a delight to speak with. My roof is beautiful; the entire process went so smoothly that I am still in shock! I certainly wish every company I dealt with had the same work ethics as Prime Roofing. Thank you so much for all you did for me!

I want to thank you Mark the owner of Prime Roofing and his amazing team. They are the best company to work with after interviewing six other companies. They’re very professional, helpful, polite and interested in answering any and all questions when asked. After meeting with Mark. Mark inform me that Andrew will be reaching out to me to set the date on when I would like the work to begin. Once the date was set Andrew kept me informed each step of the way as to who would be there and how long it would take. Before starting they cover the drive way before placing the dumpster down to keep from scratching it up. When they completed the job they made sure that the area was cleaned up and all nails was removed by running a magnet that picks up any nails that may have dropped on the ground . The next day they send out Garrett to make sure everything had been clean up. Garrett washed down any spots on the house and touch up any area that needed. Garrett also ran the magnet once again to remove any other nails that may have been missed. I really appreciated the quality material used on the roof. I highly recommend Prime Roofing. Thanks again to Mark the owner, Andrew project manager, and the crew that worked on the roof and Garrett who came in and completed the final inspection. We interviewed numerous roofing contractors and selected Prime Roofing because they offered the best product at a competitive price with excellent customer service. They weren’t the cheapest, but weren’t the most expensive. However, we are extremely pleased with the results. We appreciated the timeliness and attentiveness of the staff and the quality of the work.

It went perfect!

Prime re-roofed our home in one day. Their dumpster had tires so no harm to the driveway occurred. They worked diligently with no loud boom box music (which made us and the neighbors happy). They did a very good job of cleanup. Andrew alerted me to what was going to happen every step of the way and the receptionist was very helpful with answering my questions and providing me with samples. Would I recommend them? -I already did, to a good friend of mine. Totally satisfied with the looks and the workmanship of our new roof. By the way, their cost was lower than any estimate I received.

The repair went well, there was an explanation of the entire job and the entire roof was inspected before the job began. Prime roofing was prompt and very professional. I would hire this company again for any future work.

the appointment was very soon after I purchased the deal. The technician was very professional knowlegable and courteous and on time.He solved my immediate problem. I was completely satisfied with the service. Of course you always think, all a roofer will do is tell you, you need a new roof, but the technician was very happy to repair the minor damage the roof had and told me I could still get a few years out of this roof.
I asked for an estimate for a new roof anyway, which was sent to me by email the same day. The quote was very fair and I am considering having the roof done now.

It went well. The owner of the company was my liason through it all and was fantastic and straightforward. I wish he had been at the job, but his guys did a stellar job and I no longer have a leak which means job well done to me.

Prime Roof Contracting recently replaced our roof.  Mark Young, the owner, was very responsive and professional in our interactions with him.  His crew also displayed professionalism.  The quote we received was detailed and explained everything that was included.  The roof looks great!  It did take a couple of days longer than we expected, but weather played a part in the delay.  The crew did a great job cleaning up at the end of the job.  Overall, we were very pleased with this company.  We highly recommend them.
