My inquiry was immediately answered by Mark. I sent out for 4 estimates and he is the only that actually picked up the phone to have a conversation. This company is awesome at explaining what needs to be done and they include options for you to consider. I told them my budget and they respected that and did exactly what I needed. They continued to communicate with me throughout the process/scheduling etc and made sure I knew what was happening. I felt so comfortable with how professional yet friendly they were, that asked them to pick my shingle color because I couldn't make a decision!

Mark replied immediately to my inquiry and arrived with an estimate based on an aerial shot of my home. He was able to update the estimate after our discussions on the spot. After we hired Prime, they arrived on time when stated and the work was performed according to the contract. Questions were answered immediately and Mark returned calls/emails within minutes. I would highly recommend (and have) Prime Roofing.

Prime Roofing was on-time and they came prepared with the estimate and when it was time to perform the work. The aerial shot of my home provided them with the basic information of my roof before they arrived with the estimate. Then, to ensure that the information was accurate, they performed an on-site inspection. This added step provided both of us added details of the condition, the pitch of the roof and removed any apprehension of “unexpected” costs. The documentation on the products that were to be used was included in the quotation, not just the standard brochures but a comprehensive scope of work that was to be accomplished, a copy of their Certificate of Insurance and their Florida License . I didn’t even have to request a copy! Every step of the process was thoroughly explained to me before the work started. Another unexpected plus and without asking, was that the Wind Mitigation Inspection was included in the quotation! My home-owners insurance required this inspection to “consider” reducing my policy rate. We reviewed the detailed proposal, to ensure that there was a complete understanding for the work to be completed. My home and I were treated with respect, to include the condition of my driveway, their concern about the neighborhood, asking all the right questions about the HOA and their crew worked together as a great team unit. No smokers!! The old roofing materials were completely removed, the boards were cleaned, every board was re-nailed to current code, and the greatest of care was taken before the self-adhering membrane was added. I was fortunate to be able to watch the entire process. My property was restored to its original condition, every nail, piece of paper and all of the mess was removed as part of the process. Too bad I only own one house. Oh, not that it matters, I am a female home-owner.

We had them do our re-roof in PVB. Good guys who did good work. 2 day job and the cleanup crew got most of the old roof and nails. The roof looks great. I'd gladly recommend Mark, Andrew and the crew at Prime Roofing.

I am very impressed with the Prime Roofing professionals. They were prompt, courteous, organized like clockwork and highly skilled. They worked very hard and made sure every detail was taken care of. They perform high end quality work at a reasonable cost. They also took care of the permits and post construction inspection report for my homeowners insurance discount. Everything was cleaned up after each day and when they finished. My new roof looks beautiful and I no longer have to worry about the rain leaking through! I will definitely recommend them.

While they were not the cheapest on their estimate, they were the most helpful and professional. The entire crew was always courteous, cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day, and did a great job. The owner took the time to describe in detail what the project would entail, and spent extra time answering my questions, and working with me on some specifics. Other companies only gave a quick estimate, and left. Their estimate was higher but extremely affordable, but was worth more than what we paid for the job! I cannot recommend this company enough and would gladly hire them again for another project.

I got bids from several roofing companies and based my decision not only on the price but the proposal of what would be done. In this case, both standards were met by Prime Roofing. The job was completed on time and with excellent quality. This company has my highest recommendation.
