WHEN I FOUND PRICELINE'S UNBELIEVABLE INTEREST RATE (.50% LESS THAN EVERYONE ELSE) ONLINE, I THOUGHT IT WAS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. MY HUSBAND WAS CONVINCED THAT WE'D END UP STRANDED AT THE CLOSING TABLE WITH NO MORTGAGE COMPANY. I WAS NERVOUS THAT THEY WOULD NOT HAVE EVERYTHING READY IN TIME FOR CLOSING BECAUSE OUR BUILDER WOULD PENALIZE US IF WE DIDN'T CLOSE ON THE ORIGINAL DATE. I HAVE TO HAND IT TO THEM, THEY CAME THRU FOR US. THEY CLOSED OUR LOAN ON TIME AND THE ONLY SURPRISE HAS BEEN A SLIGHTLY HIGHER THAN EXPECTED APPRAISAL FEE AND AN UNEXPECTED $25 COURIER FEE THAT I'M GOING TO ATTEMPT TO GET BACK.
