I posted a request for recommendations for enclosure repair companies on a local Facebook site. I called the top two companies that were highly recommended. One company said they couldn’t get to me for a week. Brad from Premier Services of Jax said they would be in the area the following day and could come by to take a look. I didn’t want to wait too long because the 4 corner bars were loose and hanging dangerously. The pool itself was getting dirtier by the day due to the tornado mess, the conservation land surrounding the property, etc. I didn’t want to clean the pool till the enclosure was back up and protecting it. Brad showed up the next day as promised. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and quickly developed a punch list of repairs. Some of the repairs/recommendations were due to the tornado and some were not. All the recommendations were spot on and were explained in detail. I became so comfortable with Brad so quickly I asked him about doing some minor repairs around the enclosure that were not enclosure related. I could tell he wasn’t really interested in the additional repairs. My guess is he had plenty of enclosure work in the pipeline due to the tornado and wanted to concentrate his time and efforts on them. He added the additional repairs to the punch list and I got the feeling he was doing it just to make the customer happy. The estimate was very reasonable and well under what the insurance adjuster had estimated. Brad said he had a bunch of work lined up but would get me a detailed invoice and a start date in a day or two. That same night I got a text from Brad saying he and his crew were going to be working up the street from me and could fit me in later in the afternoon if I was interested. Heck yeah! The next day shortly after noon 3 guys showed up and one had me walk the enclosure with him to go over the repairs. I asked him when I’d receive the detailed invoice and he said Brad would send it shortly if he hadn’t already. I called Brad about the invoice and he told me he was just about to email it. I got the invoice a second or two later. The invoice was very detailed and included a line item for the 3 year warranty on materials and workmanship. The crew completed everything by late afternoon and asked me to walk the enclosure again to go over the repairs to make sure I was happy. Everything looked great! They not only cleaned the gutters but they also cleaned the pool deck! I wasn’t expecting the pool deck to be cleaned up so that was a nice surprise. Needless to say they did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves. That evening I got a follow-up text from Brad asking me if I was satisfied with the work performed and I told him I was.

Brad was easy to communicate with via phone and text.  He was very friendly and professional.  I would highly recommend Premier Services of Jax.

These folks are professional, prompt and courteous. The repair/re-screen job was done very quickly, and with quality. Brad went above and beyond (without pressure) in advising me of other areas that will soon need attention. I will be going with this company in the future and will be telling others about them.

We used this company in the past and they did a wonderful job then, so decided to use them again.  This is a very professional company, warranty their work,  always punctual,  reasonably priced and cared about us as a customer.  They did an excellent job.  We would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs this type of work done.. They were  cheerful & courteous and willing to answer all questions that we asked. They cleaned up afterwards and you would not have known that work had been performed on our patio.  They've always gone above and beyond and I would certainly use them in the future.

They did very nice work. The material was good. They men were very professional, prompt, and courteous. I could not have asked for a better service! I am having them come back to do my gutters. This awning has changed the entire look of my entire home. My daughter could not believe how great the house looks now! I would highly recommend them.

They were very professional and did an excellent job.The sliding glass doors were not in good shape and very difficult to open.
They worked very h****** cleaning them and put new hardware on,thus saving me a lot of money.They now open and close smoothly, I would highly recommend them.They are very conscientious and honest.

Brad has punctual crews that are professional and they have nice trucks and equipment. They cleaned up their mess daily and when Brad was not present, he communicated with me twice a day. I highly recommend Brad. He is one of the few true professionals left. Do call Brad and don't call the clowns that advertise in the mint and on the back of the times. They charge twice the price and you get half the value and service.

Brad responded right away to my initial inquiry to repair the tracks on my sliding glass patio doors.  He gave me an estimate and scheduled a day and time that was convenient for me to do the work.  Darryl is the gentleman who did the work and he was wonderful.  He took great care to make sure the job was done correctly and that I was happy.  It was and I am!  I enthusiastically recommend this company!

The worker came to the house on time, got the door off.  Found out he didn't have the part with him but said he would be gone for about an hour to get the part.
He came back and got the door back together.  The door works perfectly.  I wish I would have called them earlier when the door started to screw up.

I was unsure as to whether I needed a new door or whether the old door could be repaired. Premier Services inspected the door and diagnosed the problem as broken or damaged rollers. They set a date and time for the repair, came by, and did the work as promised. they saved me approximately $900.00. I was completely satisfied.

I was looking to get a new door, and Premier Services of Jax told me that he could fix it for a cheaper price than buying a new one. I thought that was pretty ethical of him. He had good communication and explained what needed to be done.
