Do not buy from this company, everything they tell you is a lie. They will not honor the warranty and will not respond to call, emails or voice mail. Please don't become the next victim

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! We bought an outdoor patio set on August 6 for over $3,000. They told me it would ship and be to my house in 1-2 weeks. Let me tell you, it's been over three months now and we still do not have it. Not only do we not have it, I've wasted SO MUCH time trying to get them to get it here. So many phone calls, emails, voicemail.....they will no longer answer my phone call at the store. They took my money Aug 6, after all my begging and nagging phone calls, they finally had it delivered Sept 15. Luckily I was here when it was delivered because two of the pieces were broke and one piece was the complete wrong color, and one piece had blue cushions instead of white like the rest of the set. Almost two months later, we STILL DO NO HAVE what we paid for. We are left with a broken set and a set that is not even at all remotely the same color. I was initially working with Stephanie, then I got passed on to JP (supposedly the GM after Stephanie got fired), then JP somehow passed me off to Vanessa and now they won't answer phone calls or Facebook messages. Unless you want to be out of a bunch of money with nothing to show for it, DO NOT BUY.....go somewhere else!!! I have started the submission to small claims, I will update as that process goes through.

From my first interaction with Brandon, I knew I would select him and his company to do the project I wanted done. We had our home builder tear out the existing concrete driveway and we selected Premier Outdoor to expand it and put down pavers. Brandon and his crew did an amazing job from the very beginning. He set the expectations, offered great ideas but more importantly, he followed through with it all (and then some) in the end. His workers were very clean around the job site and did an excellent job of picking everything up and leaving it as it was (or better) by the time they wrapped up. I am an extremely detailed and picky person… Premier not only met all of my expectations but they earned all of my respect. I will definitely be calling him back in the future for other projects we’d like to do.

Finally!! I found a company that does what they say they were going to do and more! Brandon and John were great to work with and their team did everything possible to make the job just right! When it was time to replace our driveway, we called close to 20 companies to schedule estimates. Half of them didn't bother to return our calls. Not only was our call returned promptly by John at Premier Outdoor (the owner's father), but the estimate was scheduled for the next day. In addition to Premier Outdoor, we also had estimates from five other concrete contractors. Brandon (the owner) was not only the friendliest and most knowledgable, but he gave us the most fair price, was able to put us on schedule very quickly, and did an absolutely fantastic job. We were on a tight budget and he was even able to help us out by salvaging part of our old driveway at both entrances (corner lot) to save permitting costs and several yards of concrete. And in doing so, he kept us under budget and managed to do a seamless job blending the old with the new. Now that it's dried, it's difficult to tell! Other companies wanted to charge thousands of dollars more for the same exact job with the same exact specifications; and in one instance we were quoted $19,000 more. Which is an absolutely insane difference in price (and the estimator from this company bragged about a recent family vacation to Europe. Gross). But by going with the lowest estimate, we did NOT compromise quality by choosing Premier Outdoor. Both of the crews who worked on our home, for removal and installation, were incredibly professional and friendly and truly did an outstanding job. Our favorite part of working with Premier Outdoor was how we were able to participate in the process. We have young children whom were very enamored by the equipment, crew, and the job as a whole. Our oldest son has always been fascinated by construction and this was no exception; he was ALL about it. Especially when they showed up with a real life version of his favorite toy; The Bobcat S185. The crew members were all kind enough to let our kids watch and allow them to participate. We were outside in lawn chairs with snacks for the majority of the two days it took to complete the job... but their favorite part was when Brandon offered them the opportunity to stamp their hand and footprints in the wet cement. Even our two month old got in on the action! It was truly a special experience! And most importantly, the finished product looks amazing, is so much safer than it was before, and significantly upped the curb appeal and value to our home. We plan to sell soon and we know we will make the best first impression now with the new driveway. It truly makes the world of difference! We really love the idea of supporting a smaller, veteran owned and operated company. We were treated with the utmost respect and the professionalism from the crew members was noticed and greatly appreciated. Of all the contractors we've ever hired to work on our home in the time that we've lived here, these guys were the best.

Beautifully. I have a Drake Elm close to the work area and my tree doctor was on hand to oversee the concrete removal. Also, Premier Outdoor scheduled their hours to allow my tree doctor to install a barrier to prevent tree roots from disturbing pavers in the future. My tree doctor said he had never seen more gentle concrete removal on cocrete and he will be recommending Premier Outdoor to he other clients.

Professional, hardworking crew. They showed on time and worked hard all day. They cleaned the area and finished the job. We have gotten several compliments since the work.

Premier Outdoor, Inc. removed old concrete driveway and walkway to front door and replaced. From start to finish this company provided professional and top notch service. The crew that did the concrete work was hard-working, respectful, and efficient. They kept me informed each step of the way and always cleaned up the work space before leaving for the day. Mike was amazing and set the tone for rest of the crew. Brandon and John were professional, kept an eye on the project and followed-up on project details as promised. I would not hesitate to recommend Premier Outdoor, Inc. to neighbors and friends. They earned an A+ and my new driveway and walkway are beautiful.

I have no words to express how thankful we are for the amazing job Premier Outdoors did on our backyard. Originally we had selected another contractor and after being left hanging with a project undone, We decided it was time to look for another company. That’s when I first got a hold of John with Premier. I was extremely impressed by how professional he was about everything! Right away Brandon got involved and everything was done in an unbelievable timeframe. Our backyard turned out beautiful and our family will be enjoying this new space in our home for many years to come!!! Thank you Premier for the quality of your work!!!
