They are quick to tell you about their 50 point checklist. When I booked it they said they would be coming between 2-4 ... the day before they said they would be late. Keep in mind this is a Friday and a MOVE IN cleaning which will take some time. So starting at like 3:30 leaves no time especially when they are obviously going to want to go home. The floor was absolutely DISGUSTING, they did not mop. There was still dust and cobwebs in the corners. The guest bathroom wasn't cleaned either, it smelled gross. I was really hoping to move into a clean house... especially considering they were paid WAYYYY too much for the services provided. I will never recommend this company to others. Very disappointing
